Quality problem

I am a bit disappointed because the bag is gourgeous but the colour in the back is already fading away from touching me… after just 4 days, it s a shame….

As a first time customer I placed my…

As a first time customer I placed my order on the 18th of April 2023, based on the mixed reviews especially from the lady in GB 🇬🇧 Deborah I was a bit anxious as I’m also based in GB 🇬🇧. I emailed Paul Marius team 3 times to find out when my items will be shipped. Only after I called and spoke to Victor who assured me my item should’ve been shipped on the 21st of April 2023 and I should check my spam folder. I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking. He then finally replied my 3rd email after our call. As a first time customer I’m not filled with any confidence at this stage that I will receive my item. It is now day 6, 24th April 2023 and after calling again and requesting today I have finally been sent my shipping confirmation with tracking information from Parcel Force. Fingers crossed I receive my item soon. Today is now the 26th of April 2023 day 8 and Parcel force have not delivered my item today as per text I received and claimed I was not available even though I work from home.I have sent an email into their customer service team awaiting a response.

Disappointing service I ordered a beautiful small backpack…

I ordered a beautiful small backpack and was delighted when it arrived. The third time I used it the strap broke as a result of the rivet snapping. I emailed the company for advice regarding sending the item back without paying postage (as I live in the UK and the fault was theirs so I shouldn’t be out of pocket). They replied a few days later asking for my address so that they could send a replacement rivet, and suggested that I go to my local shoemaker to get them to reattach it. What a disappointing and unreasonable suggestion considering that the fault lies with them. I’m therefore going to pay to send back the backpack and ask for a full refund, let’s hope they respond appropriately.

Great bags and small leather goods!

I really love the quality of the bags I bought. I have several small leather products like pencil cases, wallets and a handbag. And everyone is a little piece of art. The metallic finish on some of the products, stays well over time. I have bought some of the things in store, but also, more recently, online. Great service, fast delivery. I will definitely order more in the future!

I bought a travel bag which is superb, the style, the leather everything about it is high quality. I have a few smaller pieces from Paul Marius and will purchase more. Excellent item and very good service. Thank you, merci.
