No Shoes

Ordered shoes two weeks ago and asked for refund as I never received my goods. I have been refused a refund as they say they were shipped but tracking as not moved in over a week.

STAY CLEAR !! I will never purchase from Pavers again.

Perfect

They had exactly what I was looking for, the assistants were very helpful. I purchased a pair of Skechers Slip ins, perfect for my needs. Great value for money.

No service or delivery but refunded less than paid!

Ordered shoes two weeks back, after prolonged wait received email that they can’t find the shoes and refund will be provided. Paid in total €49.99, but refund was issued for €40.50! After emailing them back for the difference- no answer received! Had to claim through Revolut claims to sort the issue and they did it in 20min.
After all the hassle the Pavers Ireland site still has the same shoes showing 3 available (same size as I have ordered)
Would not trust online shop of Pavers again….

I purchased shoes

I purchased shoes, waited 2 weeks for delivery. No emails or correspondence from pavers. I received an email advising I will receive my refund soon. I have emailed Pacers on 3 different occasions with no response, today on my 4th attempt I was informed they refused me as I was fraudulent!!!. I had purchased products before but I have never been accused of fraud before
Will never buy again from them

SENT TWO LEFT FEET

Ordered some sandals and was sent two left feet. Customer Services were not at all helpful. Obviously I had to go to the effort of returning the sandals.

Would have expected an automatic replacement containing one left and one right shoe. But I didn’t receive a replacement pair. When I queried this I was told it was my fault for not requesting a replacement. But I had requested a replacement both online and on the paper order which I returned with the sandals to Pavers.

Then I was told that the sandals were out of stock. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

Received order in a timely manner but…

Received order in a timely manner but very disappointed with the quality of the shoes. After just a few weeks of wear (wearing mainly indoors and not every day) the sole is already lifting and showing signs of wear that I would not expect at this stage. Even at the side there is signs pf parting from the sole to the upper. Would not have expected this at this early stage.

Shop assistant manager knew nothing…

Shop assistant manager knew nothing about consumer law, believed shoes that were faulty was fair wear and tear even though they were less than 5 months old. Could not get a refund in-store had to send them back to head office and told refund would take 6 to 8 weeks.
Dreadful customer service.

Needed a pair of wide fitting…

Needed a pair of wide fitting comfortable shoes, took a visit into whitewater shopping centre. The moment I stepped inside Pavers I was greeted with a lovely smile and the assistant informed me if I needed any help please just ask. Orla was the assistants name, and she was such a help I was able to sit on the seats whilst she ran around choosing different styles colours and sizes for me, nothing was too much trouble for her. The customer service was phenomenal, I was delighted with my purchase of two pairs of shoes! Orla listened to what I needed I will be back again.

Excellent customer service

Many thanks to Sylvia at Walsall Pavers!
My husband needed advice on a particular style of shoe to accommodate his foot brace.
Sylvia was both knowledgeable and professional with her help and made us feel valued as a customer.
She went the extra mile with her expertise and we left very satisfied with our purchase.

Customer service at its best

Whichever Pavers I use, I find the staff are always really helpful. On this occasion, Kayleigh went to a great deal of trouble to find both a 6 and a 7 in the shoes I was interested in but couldn’t find on the shelves. I was tempted to buy both pairs, but settled for the 7 in the end. Thanks again, Shipley!

Pleasant and helpful staff

The staff are always pleasant and helpful in the stoke outlet store but I was helped on this occasion by a very nice lady named Linda B who was happy to go the extra mile to accommodate my need for bags and shoes to match for a wedding which I’m happy to say I managed to get. I find I can very often get fixed up for most types of footwear and it has become my go to shoe shop.
