I buy slippers here regularly for my elderly mother as they suit her feet because I buy wide fitting slippers and she finds them very easy to put on and walk in

I've sent several emails to you without response. No answers or explanations forthcoming. Customer disservice more like...!! I'll take to social media instead.

Really happy with my experience. Priced very well and quality was excellent. Delivery was quick .

I have used and liked pavers shoes for years. However I had some lovely Loretta sandals which when I got them out of the wardrobe after the winter the whole of the sole had fallen apart. I didn't have a receipt so that's all the customer service were interested in. I was further told that they are only expected to last for 2 years. I mentioned that I had some Loretta boots and she said that was different as they were handmade. So were the ones I had but no mention of that or offer of a refund or discount other than a miserable 10%. I said not to bother.

Though my order took a couple of weeks to arrive I was very happy with my purchases

Returned shoes within 48 hours of receiving them. That was 21 days ago and still no refund. And yes, I have contacted customer service and they basically said, wait.
Doubt that would happen if you were in the UK.

I went to pavers at garden lands bridgenorth Joanna was most helpful I have such awkward feet and she did not loose patience with me after trying on numerous pairs of sketchers trainers she actually found me a pair that fit the girls there are lovely

Went with my Nan in her wheelchair today, spoke with a member of staff at the Boundary Mill with a worker named, Sylvia in Walsall. My nan struggles to move to access changing footwear, however we were greeted kindly and with a smile, she offered to help my nan try on the shoes, offered and gave well thorough advice which allowed my nan to find suitable footwear more quickly and without any hassle. When asked they were very informative, and gave any advice or guidance we needed. Would definitely recommend as the workers are all friendly and assistance is well thorough.

The wrong shoes in the wrong size were sent to me.

I ordered black women's shoes in 6 & got men's black square toed awful things in size 8.

I will never order shoes from Pavers online again.

My daughter threw away the packaging so I can't return them. 30e down the toilet!

Found a pair of shoes that fitted well and were the style and colour I wanted. The assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. When I said the shoes were for a wedding and all I had to get was a fascinator she produced exactly what I wanted and extra discount as well . Once again Pavers came to my rescue THANKYOU.

V helpful and accommodating staff, re picking out the boots I liked re style and making sure I had the right size, went above and beyond in they're service etc, and also treated my boots at the till, re weather proofing and also bought spray to keep boots in good condition etc. My customers/order numbersare 01926926 and 01333719 but only after copping on now price on box of boots was 47.99 but I paid 62.50 for boots! ,girl notified me that the 47.99 was in pounds, the original euro price was 91 euro, And I paid 62.50 euro , so i made a great savings of 28.50 euros re black friday on my boots. As the girl informed pavers very kindly informed me, and apologised for the misunderstanding. Thank u.

I was searching for closed toe sandals with a small heel, for summer and was amazed to find a pair that I really liked. Usually the choice comes down to espadrilles or espadrilles. Casual Touch-Fasten Mary Janes were perfect for me though so I quickly ordered a pair in tan. They arrived in store for pick up a few days later and they were perfect. The leather is soft and the fastening is adjustable. I’ve not worn them yet but they will be flattering with summer dresses or jeans - a nice break from trainers.

I recently purchased a lovely white pair of Bellissimo sandals BELMETIN37017 / 323 773. They were so comfortable I purchased them in black and also pink. I suffer from bad bunions but I don't know I am wearing the sandals, the leather is so soft and the strap is ideal for my feet. Well worth the money.

I love going into Pavers as the staff are so helpful as I’m disabled they are polite and nothing is too much trouble . I just can’t go in and get one pair I came away again with 2 pairs of shoes and a handbag Keep up the good work as I will be back next month for summer shoes etc
