Worst experience ever. Shoes were too big, even though they were my size. Needed them to send me a label but they informed me their label supplier was having work done on their system and would do so soon as it was fixed. 3 weeks later and still no label, they are now ignoring my emails and the two phone numbers listed on their website are ‘not available’. Convinced Pavers are a scam company now. I am stuck with these shoes l can’t wear and down 55 euros.

Very friendly polite staff was very knowledgeable about shoes and helped with my choice and also explained shoe protection which I did have products I thought were well priced snd a good range of choice snd sizes and styles to suit all

Made a visit to the store in the West Midlands shopping outlet in Cannock looking for some new footwear
As soon as I entered the store I was happily greeted by all the members of staff, Lee was especially helpful in assisting me in what I wanted…..and made some great suggestions on the right shoe for my requirements.

Ann served me at the till and was brilliant as she had to endure my awful comedy but was totally engaging and made the experience of paying as painless as possible

Neither of these staff are aware I’d asked for their names but I feel they need to get a pat on the back as the world of retail can be quite tough…especially on a warm Saturday afternoon

Will definitely return in-the future

Visited Pavers in Findon and was very well looked after by Jane who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and took the time to make sure both pairs fitted well, no pressure to buy anything I wasn't happy with. There was a much bigger selection to choose from than I was expecting and I would never have found what I wanted without her help. Highly recommended.

I received my shoes quickly, which was good. However , they are too big (I bought the same size before and they were fine). So far I have not been able to generate a return label and have emailed the company about this. Do they really operate a return policy? Hopefully they will see this and respond.

I bought the shoes I needed for my husbands birthday at a reduced price and threw in a pair for myself as they were also reduced I was very happy with the time it took to deliver the shoes I have bought from pavers on several occasions and always found them satisfactory to deal with

They are very comfortable so I bought two of extra wide size ,brilliant for walking the dogs two. Your delivery was very good updated me all the way to day of delivery.

I ordered a Siza 47 pair of shoes, when they arrived, they were tiny and no width... not even a size 41/43, when compared

i have sent 4 emails, to arrange the return, they charged me an extra £4.50, which i can understand if perfect, but these were the wrong shoes

Over a week, not one response, not one ticket to send them back

there is no phone number to call... so no option but to call the credit card and claim a charge back

Not good sizes not true to size

The lady is the Chester store Melissa was very very good at her job , her knowledge and experience shone through, and a pleasant way about her, can’t recommend her or store enough 👌

Not received order yet even though over a week has past apparently order been with evri for 3 days cant comment on item but the delivery service is terrible will not order again will stick with next who deliver next day no problem.

Visited Pavers at Shepshed with my elderly father ,was looked after by Heather who is a lovely lady,she spent time with us ,made sure my father's shoes fitted correctly and searched out different pairs continuously and made sure he was happy with what he got ,

I buy shoes for my mum regularly as they are the only ones she feels comfortable in. They are very flexible, light and washable.

Very comfortable sandals and well packed

Got my items online as not in shops. Pavers delivered as promised sourcing my items very quickly.
