I ordered some sandal from Pavers
A few days later I had an email stating that they did not have the size I required and they were looking through there other places but they would be sending them on to me well I waited and waited but the sandals did arrive and guess what they sent the wrong size so I contacted them again they said I could sent them back with the label there was no label in the box so back I go again to Pavers asking for the label to be sent to me I waited again and again when asked again where labels were they said they had been sent but they were not and this has been going on since the end of July and still nothing has been settled no offer of sending the right size luckily Evri sent me an email to me saying that I could drop off the package at my local store and there I found a label to print off so they have now gone back but I have not heard anything from Pavers so I am now waiting to see if they reply to my email asking for my money back as they have a sale now and looking at the email I find the sandals are out of stock
Hopefully they will be contacting me via email telling me they have done this
Thus to say I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future

I took out a Case with PayPal and they didn't even get a response from pavers. Dont touch this company you dont get your money back. I want to Thank PayPal for giving me my Refund. I provided my email address solely to receive a digital receipt, but I was never asked for consent to receive advertisements. Despite this, I continue to get promotional emails. I contacted the company twice by email asking for an explanation, but both messages were ignored. Nothing has changed, and I am still receiving unwanted ads.

Julie provided excellent advice and went out of her way to ensure that I got appropriate shoes, I only take size 3 and wear orthotics. I needed shoes that I can put on without bending following surgery. Following her assistance and finding suitable shoes, I went onto purchase 2 pairs of shoes and I am delighted with my purchases. I am a size 8 with a wide foot and high instep. As you can imagine buying shoes is not my favourite thing to do. I visited Northampton Garden Centre today not for shoes, but just had a browse. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Claire who seeing my despondency asked if she could help. What a pleasure she was to deal with, she listened to my dilemma and managed to produce five different choices that fitted what l was looking for. She was kind, polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely head back there again for my next she purchase without the usual dread of nothing is going to fit. Thank you Claire for making both myself and my poor husband very happy people today.

In Bedford Interchange Pavers (as long as this is the right company as there is two Pavers) there is a person who workers here called April and is the nicest person you will ever meet. I am Autistic and really struggle with sensory stuff but I found a comfortable pair of shoes in under half an hour.

The pavers store that i went in at Trentham gardens was excellent in there customer service as my feet are very difficult shape and size . The assistant was very helpful in bringing me several pairs of shoes to try on and nothing was too much trouble for her , so eventually found what i was looking for .

Pavers at Northampton Garden Centre are rude. Never going again. Baring in mind you have 45 days in which to return your goods they won’t exchange them . Yes I had worn them for 4 hours and obviously taken off the tag to wear them, that was not in the returns policy apparently, they need to be not even worn in the house to break them in for 4 hours and tags still on to return them. And even though you were sent an email receipt your emails can’t be looked up on the system.

What amazing staff they have at Boundary Mill. After a last minute catastrophe with my mom needing some new shoes for a wedding abroad after her last pair seemed too big, we rushed to the Walsall store. We spent a while picking out and trying on many pairs of shoes when Gurmit, a lovely sales assistant, came over offering some much needed support. She was so kind and helpful during the whole search and my mom left the store with a pair of shoes she loved! She even found another comfy pair that she took home too with the help of Gurmit's personal recommendation. Thank you so much 😊

Order a pair of shoes in grey have got the same ones in white ( which I bought from shop in York) so I thought I knew what I was getting when they came it's obviously that they have been worn, the soles are dirty there are marks inside, and one has got something sticky and dirty on back, sent email, sent photos of them still no human has e-mailed me back yet, rubbish customer service, They need to sort their service out if they want people to carry on buying from them.
Excellent Service at Boundary Mill Walsall
Last week my elderly mother and I visited Boundary Mill at Walsall. We received excellent service from Steph who was patient and considerate. She looked for suitable styles and sizes, and although the style and size of the shoes Mum liked were unavailable in store, Steph was able to show us how to order online. The shoes have now been ordered. Thank you Steph.

Bought as a gift. Beautiful trainers loved by my sister. They have a slight platform built in and are really comfortable for daily wear. Ideal for dress up or casual wear.
No refund for faulty Pavers sandals.
I bought a pair of Pavers sandals for £40 last year and used them for a few months in the Summer. This year I got them out but soon had the heel begin to detach from the front of the right sandal. I took them back to the store under guarantee (less than 1 year) wuth the receipt. The Store Manager was called and said that their guarantee was only for 45 days and refused to repair, exchange or refund them. I pointed out that a manufacturing defect was covered for longer than 45 days though. She suggested phoning their head office (number on the back of the bill) which I did. Head Office phoned the Store Manager while I was put on hold, but decided to back the Store Manager's decision. All Paver employees were unfailingly polite, but I'm left with a left sandal to wear, so I've decided not to buy any Pavers shoes in the future.

Visited the Cardiff Bay store. The young lady greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any assistance.
The range of shoes were good, altho more in the smaller sizes at the time of visiting.
There were plenty of clean footsies to try shoes on.
