Great service and delivery no issues. A friendly helpful company i would return to..

A mistake was made in my first review of only giving 1 star.. it should be 5 so is now corrected

We did a lot of research into linear style pavers for our driveway and sourced several varieties from different suppliers. Paving Direct was the only supplier that was able to meet our desire for a pale buff colour block that looked like real stone with some variation in colour. They sent three samples very quickly and cheaply which confirmed our selection. Next step is to arrange a contractor and order enough for circa 65sqm.

Needed some materials quite quickly and ordered online for delivery 2 days later, perfect

Great customer service. My item was out of stock they phoned me to see if I wanted a refund or would I like to wait for it to come back in stock. I opted to wait it came quicker than expected with free next day delivery. Good quality products. Just placed another order.

Requested samples of various porcelain paving colours and received them promptly and well packaged. Now I just have to get my wife to agree to a colour and style that she's happy with.

Really easy to order, slabs are perfect, just what we were looking for, no damage to any of them. Delivery driver was so helpful and a really nice chap. Only downside was that they couldn’t give me a definate delivery day, which is awkward when you are working.

the stone cladding is great, getting my £8.99 back or the sample was not, did not get either, and had to go depot to pick up my order, as they got my tel number wrong, yet they could text me.

Delivery was quick, but two of the samples were broken. Samantha at Paving Direct contacted me and quickly sent replacement samples. Wonderful customer service!

Delivery was speedy. Two slabs were broken in transit and Sam in the support department was excellent responding to any of my queries.
I took photos of the broken slabs to forward to Sam and got the replicants two days later.

This company was brilliant. Helpful on the phone, online and in person, be it the guys in the office or down in the yard. Were able to help with the first delivery and also when I needed to collect some extra bricks un person. Highly recommend.

The service we received from Paving Direct has been fantastic from start to finish.

Quickly delivered samples and made time, late in the afternoon when we visited the showroom, to view some larger samples to verify the slab patterning.

Communication via email from the office before and after I placed our order online was consistently quick and organising a return of an unopened pack was also nice and easy.

Very helpful. I only needed a few individual slabs for a repair job and they were happy to open a pallet for me and sell them at a very reasonable price.

Ordered some porcelain patio slab samples - they came really quickly and are a decent size to gain an idea of how they'll look. Good to see them in the flesh as it were and lay them outside to see them in all lights and weathers.
