We ordered silver Kandla grey porcelain tiles 600 x 900 and paid extra for the special delivery. We could not believe the tiles when we saw them totally different to what is advertised on the website. Looks like a totally different tile. I phoned them to return them and was told they didn’t do returns. I contacted customer consumer rights and was advised I can return items within 30 days. I phoned paving stones direct uk ltd back and was told yes I can return them but It would cost me £157 approx plus and I would loose the £157 I had paid already to get them shipped to me then I would get the rest refunded. I spent just under £1200 and they are awful but can not afford to loose over £300 and have nothing to show for it. I wish I could post pictures on here for it to be seen. It’s shocking that they can advertise one product and send you something totally different. I am so angry and upset about this.

Beautiful tiles at a decent price, delivered at a time and date convenient for me.

I am extremely disappointed with the fulfilment of my order

I asked for a delivery of 31 January, so I would be in when delivered - it arrived on the 27th and I was consequently out.

Despite being wrapped, the sample pieces were complete smashed to pieces, so very difficult to get a view of what they would look like as a whole.

One sample was not a "split" as described , it is a flat ceramic tile. Have I been sent the right sample?

On top of all this, I paid £10.for these samples, so a complete waste of money. I guess I will be looking elsewhere to place an order. As I said, so disappointed

Had an issue with delivery of all items. Vishal called me and got to the bottom of the issue and sent the missing items. Thanks for the quick resolution.

ordered and paid for my order on 15/9/21.Order confirmed for Wednesday 22/9/21.informed that I needed to be at home to receive and sign for the order so I took a day off and stayed at home.
Thursday 23/9/21 still waiting for goods and confirmation of delivery.

Customer service is absolute rubbish I asked for a price repeatedly and told them access isn't an issue due to receiving multiple deliveries and they refused to give me a price spoke to an arrogant waste of space their loss as looking to purchase a few thousand worth of slabs and we have our own Landscaping business, we will never be buying from these people.

had you listened on the phone rather that speaking over me with the arrogant attitude. I said it is a flat tarmac driveway with no over head wires and we have had several deliveries some with larger than 18tonne vehicles to the property delivering already so it wouldn't be an issue. Rather than listening you wanted to argue, your customer service is crap and I hope this review saves just one other person from having to suffer speaking to you and goes somewhere that knows how to talk to customers.

Great price, delivered a day early (which made it 4 days from ordering) and well packaged. Slabs of rainbow sandstone are stunning, nice and thick and I had zero breakage or damage. Based on my experience wouldn't hesitate to recommend - really impressed as all other building materials seem to be late at the moment.

Placed my order on 17th April for delivery on 5th May. All confirmed via e-mail & payment made. Received a phone call on the morning of the 5th May which i expected to be them ringing to confirm delivery was on its way to me. This however was not the case. I was informed that they were no longer able to fulfil my order. I queried why and i was told that they were now out of stock of the slate slabs i had ordered which i had arranged to be laid at the weekend. I was told that they do not allocate stock against orders placed on line. I was also told that all the stock had been taken by building contractors just popping into their yard and demanding the stock they had and that they had no choice to give the stock to them as some of their contractors are spending £50k/month with them. This is a totally unacceptable reason for not fulfilling my order & a shocking way to conduct business & treat internet customers. This has now caused me a major issue and additional expense. AVOID this company if you don't want to be let down at the last minute.

To be honest 1 star is to much for this company.
i purchased some Chocolato tiles 18 months ago, and need some more, so i ordered a pack and a split pack online. I paid for the goods straight away, and they telephoned me to say they wouldnt split their last pack so they could only offer me 1 pack or 2 . they offered me a fair discounted price for the 2 packs, and i went with that, only to find that when the 1st pack arrived they were completely the wrong colour,( dark grey) instead of chocolato brown. I didnt order a sample as i had already had some so i assumed they would be the same colour.I initiated a refund after seeing the 1st pack and they charged me £ 230.00 in the process, for the return and deliveryetc. I hadnt even received the 2nd pack but they still charged me £ 115.00 for delivery and return,for something i have never seen. If i hadnt paid up front they would have never got there money. you need to avoid this company like the plague. they are just money grabbers. There are much better companies out there. somthing should be done about the charging of delivery and return from items purchased online that you havent phisically seen. Pathetic service, and thats being polite.
