Very helpful customer’s services, flawless transaction. Recommended.

We had slabs for an outdoor patio delivered. Everything went smoothly, delivered on date and time given. Very friendly and easy to use. Our patio looks brilliant. Slabs are hard wearing and looks great.

Ordered 2 samples. Only one turned up despite paying for both and receipt showing both. Sent email requesting to be refunded for missing sample and was ignored for 4 days. Only finally replied when I threatened to dispute with my credit card company. If they can’t even send an accurate order for samples I dread to think what full orders would turn up. And god forbid something goes wrong with the order, good luck getting it resolved. Avoid this company at all costs.

More than just suppliers of Patio's and materials, really helpful sellers.
The serivce and advice is top rate, you may be able to save a pound of two elsewhere but these people know exactly what there talking about. Everyone you deal with from the sales to the delivery driver are spot on.
I highly recommended this company and wouldn't hessitate to use them again.

Had 2 deliveries a while apart. Great service both times. Arrived as described and on the day of requested delivery. Stone was securely packaged both times not a single breakage in either delivery

Good quality product, staff very helpful (sorry I can’t recall names.. ) and they were willing to allow a discount due to it being a fairly large order.. no complaints really, I would use them again…

Really happy, delivered within the week. I bought 3 pallets not a break or a chip in sight. My builder was extremely happy how it went down and with the finished result.

Had 4 pallets of natural stone and steps delivered, arrived on time left as requested,and all in good condition for a sensible price too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.many thanks 👍👍👍👍

Delivered my pallets of sandstone paving slabs on time and without any breakages. Price was also competitive.
Only improvement I could suggest was on delivery. I would have preferred a lorry with a hyab crane to lift the pallets onto my drive, instead of dragging them along the pavement with a manual pallet truck.

Easy to order. Great price. Delivery date/time was spot on and the driver was friendly and helpful. Good quality product. Just the job!

Excellent product and very good service

I purchased porcelain paving 900/600 slabs which were on the company website and looked nice. When they arrived, we started to lay them and quickly noticed that there was 2 different colours. The one I thought I chose was grey with slight patern but the other was a smooth light block grey. Also the smooth grey seemed to be not as strong as the pattern paving. I noticed when jet washing it seemed to chip slightly on the edges. The other was totally fine. I would recommend porcelain paving but I wish I could have had just the one colour in the packs I purchased.

The slabs arrived in time but out of the 50 I ordered, 10 were damaged. Paving Uk refused to replace the damaged ones and were not helpful after the original order was placed. Woyld not use them again

Very disappointed with the quality of the patio slabs received from this supplier. I order 100m2 of mixed size mint fossil ivory sandstone slabs and the slabs received are not a uniform size so impossible to lay with a uniform joint line thickness. The builder who has 30 years experience and laid 1000’s of slabs said these are the worst he has seen and will cost me extra a few extra days labour in laying time due to a slower process in slab selection to minimize the variation in joint line. I also ordered 10m2 of cobbles that arrived loose in dumpy bags and very dirty and weathered. If I could upload pictures here I would to show you.
