never received the bed I ordered or refund. No phone to contact company; at one time I received email request to PROVE I HAD PLACED THE ORDER (?in April?)! Sent copy, NO RESPONSE. initial order was Feb 2022. See ads now for similar pet bed from "gardengeer"----are the crooks still at it?????

Ordered dog bed in April last year….constantly told the item was on back order. Finally told, via email, I would receive a refund ….never happened.
When phoning them, I only get a voice message to write them.

As with majority here, placed an order, got confirmation email, but then nothing. Sent many emails to them and nothing. TOTAL SCAM! Don't be fooled like I was.

ZERO Stars! Had to put at least one to post. I placed orders for beds and never received them. I've emailed three times, with no call/email back. I was charged, but no delivery. Now I see MANY people with the same complaint. Total scam with no recourse. No phone to reach them at, just email.

My three dog beds are “in route” for over six months now. They won’t say what the hold up is.

Total scam. Placed order, charged by credit card, did not receive item, they do not have a telephone number, they do not respond to email. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered a Comfy Calming dog bed on Aug 7, received a Thank you for your order almost immediately. Have not received the bed yet and it is now Sept 16. I have emailed several times but no answer. Next step is to contact my CC company

Purchased a pet bed that was never delivered. Emails to Paw Academy were never answered. Tracking through their site could not locate the transaction. This company has a nice web site looking real. Do not buy anything from them. They are a scam.

I ordered 2 items, PayPal payment went instantly, I received email with Order#, 2 weeks later I emailed Support and help and NO RESPONSE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAW ACADEMY! It's a SCAM! It's a FRAUD.

Ordered a dog bed April 30.
Sent an email after waiting more than a month, complaining that 10-15 days for delivery was long passed.
I was told they were back ordered. I decided to go ahead and wait.
It still hasn't arrived, nor do they reply to emails you send.
I'm going to go complain to the FTC now.
Forget the BBB 🙄
The FTC isn't paid by the companies to reduce the number of posted complaints.

This is bull.
My dog has no bed in her favorite spot anymore. It's a sunny area but the floor isn't carpeted in that area. So if she wants to sun herself she has to lay on the hard floor. Now she sits up and just looks around. She will get on my lap, or bedside me and stare at the empty spot where her bed used to be.
They will now not answer emails. Give my money back so I can buy my dog a bed.
Thank you so much for the scam. It served to remind me you cannot trust any human beings, ever, not at all.

Ordered this awesome-looking bed for my little girl, and I never got trackin info, nor did I receive the bed. Luckily PayPal got my money back from these scammers. I would rather have had the bed, as it looks wonderful, but at least I didn't lose anything.

Total Scam! I ordered a pet bed on May 28th of 2022 paid for it account was charged almost immediately and it is now almost the middle of August 2022 and nothing. This is a total scam!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a dog bed and a water bowl in April and never received it although my card was charged. I also reached out multiple times and got no response. They have 20+ similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and have not responded to BBB.

Ordered a bed, was charged for it immediately. Never got a confirmation. Bed never came. Disputed the charge with my c/c company and for good measure (although it's a pain to do it), I cxl'd my c/c and was issued a new one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a bed, got a confirmation say about 14 business days. 28 days later, 5 email (only 1 responded to with bot response that package is "shipping soon") no other contact was had. I ultimately went to my bank 45 days later and co tested the charge to get my money back. Fraudulent company!

Purchased dog bed May 1st after advertisement of Instagram never received Item and no response from dozens of emails.

I ordered a dog bed a couple of months ago. My credit card was charged by "Kickoff Ventures." No bed has arrived, the company will not respond to emails.

Ordered a dog bed on May 6th, 2022. All of the links in the confirmation email are broken. No product was ever shipped or received, despite them having processed my payment. I have had no luck getting a response from their customer service email. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company is a scam.
