I never received my bed order, yet was still charged. Emailed many times. No response.
This company is a scam.

Ordered 4 Lg beds. No Track number and no items.

placed order in April. it is July and have not received the item or the refund, despite contacting the company twice. the second time the response was a request for me to provide order name and email. turning this over to my credit card company. would NOT make any purchase from Paw Academy.

Scam. I order a bed. Never arrived. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a giant dog bed from them in May and have not heard anything since. The receipt I received was from a company called Kickoff Ventures. I have emailed them several times and received no response. Thankfully, I used PayPal so hopefully I will receive my refund. Do not order from them it's a scam!

I ordered the anti-anxiety dog beds. Three of them! Didn't receive any of them and was charged for all three. Do not order from them. Still trying to get my money back.

I have had problems from the beginning no confirmation em of order. Too forever for them to answer as soon as I got my water bowl it's broke. I'm not mailing back it's not worth it.
Ha ebt rec. Bed. I ordered Hugh bc that what came up now saying it's small. That's 19.99. haven't received it. They don't answer EMS like u should. No directions on how to use water bowl. Like I said its broke. Do not order from them. It had been 3weeks since I ordered and only one thing came . And I'm n ky and they r n Illinois. Why. How can I fix this water bowl. The spring came out. I'm so mad.

If I could give a negative stars review believe me I would. Ordered a dog bed May 20th, they took the money out of my account immediately. Received an email confirming the order and stated to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have gotten nothing since. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get information about my order and have gotten absolutely nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from them!!! Absolute SCAM!!!!!

Never received the 2 beds I ordered May 2, 2022. I'm pissed

I paid for 2 extra large dog beds, past a year ago. The first 2 months they would emailed and day it would be soon. They lied, and stole my money. There is no phone number or address for them either. How are they allowed to continue to do "business" in this country. They are nothing but thieves.

I was trying to order a bed and a feeding system. Prices seemed to good to be true. Could not complete my order so I went directly to website. Glad I did I think I saved myself money and a whole lot of aggravation.

Ordered items. Links are now all disabled. Never received items

Unfortunately, I did NOT see the reviews before ordering. I ordered a bed for my dog. Attempted contact through support and through the website. Absolutely, no response. I will report them to anyone who will listen. It’s not about the money. It’s outrageous behavior!

This is a scam business. Took my money, didn’t answer my emails and I never received the beds. I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Thought I was the only one until I saw these reviews.

I ordered multiple items for my dogs, none of which were delivered at all, let alone within the specified delivery given on the order confirmation. Apparently, this is NOT a legitimate business. Shop elsewhere or experience the disappointment that so many other "customers" have suffered.

A complete scam! It is now June 2022. I ordered a dog bed for a friend's dog in April 2022. She never received my gift. I tried to contact Paw Academy twice through the website and email, and they never responded. My credit card company was able to get me my money back just now.

I ordered a dog bed that never arrived. I tried to use the tracking number and it didn't work. I could not find a phone number, emailed them three times but never heard back. My daughter thought to look at the reviews and they were negative. So, I decided to see if I could dispute the charge with the credit card company but when I went to my statement, Paw Academy had already refunded me the money, even though I didn't ask them to. Not sure what to make of that but I did get my money back.

Same I wish I had read the reviews it has to be someone to investigate a advertised company with a address but no number that is stealing from the public. They only have one positive review and all of the negative reviews seem after the amount of money “donated” by the public the people running this company have to be charged with a felony. They don’t even have a legal address. I too ordered giant sized beds and were sent a Eskimo hat. Vow someone’s going to pay after the reviews on this site.

Received a "shipping" notice a week ago, but per USPS site, it still only shows a label was printed, no other action or updates.

Do not order from them.
