This so called company is nothing short of fraudulent.
Avoid them, you can donate money elsewhere - you will not receive anything you give pawacademyusa.com money for. Nor will you receive a response when you ask the status of your order. Stay away.

Horrible company. Reached out 5 times no response. No problem taking my money. I wish I checked reviews first.

Same result, no confirmation, no dog bed after a month. PayPal refunded my money, so I'm grateful for that.

Just like all the rest of the reviews……IF I WOULD OF ONLY LOOKED AT REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!!!!! Ordered a dog bed the beginning of April and am STILL waiting for it to arrive. I did email the company 5 times, got an automated response for 2, then an email saying my ordered shipped however they can not give out the tracking number due to some BS reason and I have still yet to see the product. Thank goodness I’m only out 20 bucks, but it still pisses me off!! I like seeing how this company will only respond to the few nice reviews, but ignores all of the bad reviews. Red Flag……when you can’t leave a comment on Tik Tok, DON’T ORDER!!!!

If I'd only looked here first. I ordered on 4-12-22. Nothing, nada,niche. I emailed nothing again and again. I only ordered 1 thank heaven but I have a gaggle of grand kids waiting for this for their favorite 18 yr old dog. I will comment on every ad I see on social media. Ellie from NH

Total scam. Same as others. I ordered and was charged for two dog beds. I never received them, and the company won't respond to my emails.

Made an order. Product was never sent. Asked them for an update after 3 weeks and no reply. Avoid.

This company is a total scam! I reported them to The FTC. Do not I repeat do not order from them. They won’t even respond to any of my emails.

PawAcadamy ALMOST WOULD NOT let me empty my cart it was very disturbing. From 5 dogbeds down to one then it wouldn't let me remove last one.. after 4 minutes trying to do it, it was removed. Don't go to this site.

Same as many others I've read here: I ordered a dog bed in April from an ad on ... I think it was Instagram. Got an acknowledgement that the order was received, the money was taken from my account, then ghosted. I've emailed them twice directly and once from the website contact form and had NO response, nor, obviously, received the order. Do not get caught up by this bad company!

I seem to have the same problem everyone else does. Placed an order in April, emailed multiple times with no response and still have not received my order. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, also going to make sure they are known to he a scam on social media. What a terrible thing to do to people. I wish I would have read these review before. Everyone better see an eye out on the card you used, I wouldn't put it past them to use it also. Do not use this company!

I ordered a bed. was thanked for my order and payment via email and never heard from them again. On this page it says the company was sold on November 5, 2022. That's in the future! So i'm confused. I AM SO SICK OF BEING SCAMMED.

After seeing their advert on Twitter, I ordered a large dog bed from this company and have received nothing. Despite several emails to try to rectify this I have not heard anything. I reported to the BBB. I believe this company to be a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

This is a scam I placed a order on 4-23-2022 and it never arrived so I sent several emails and nothing then I start looking into it and see lots of people got scammed. Whatever you do never order from them they need prosecuted and have to pay everyone’s money back.

Never received what I ordered. They immediately charged my card, however. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was the company is out of business or never existed. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

This is a scam. Received my email confirmation that my order was received on April 23rd for 2 beds and then crickets. Sent 4 emails that your website gives for sny issues with the confirmation number, with the last email advising I want my money back. Not one response! You people that are running this SCAM should be ashamed of yourself for taking people's hard earned money.

I ordered and paid for 2 Giant pet beds on April 20, 2022. I have never received them nor a tracking number. I have emailed them with no response.

Another SCAM! I ordered on 04/30/2022 and still have not heard anything despite emailing 4x. I, like everyone else, emailed the Support address as it is the one listed on theirt website as the contact/help email. Then I saw a response from a Marion on here to another person's complaint stating that they emailed the wrong address. ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDING ME? How are you going to list an email more than once on your website and then tell people who complain that it's a no-reply address. No reply email addresses typically bounce back to the sender which DID NOT happen to me. So at this point I've emailed bit the Help and Support email addresses 2x each and have not heard anything so I'll be contacting my bank to file a dispute, again, like everyone else on here and all the other customer complaint websites. They don't even acknowledge the BBB complaints but I'll be posting on there also just to ensure they maintain the F rating. SO BLOODY SICK OF SCAMMERS! WTH is wrong with you people?
