This company scammed me out of money. Ordered two units in December 2025 and NEVER received any products. I want my money back and this company exposed. People work hard for their money and it is outrageous that companies believe it right to steal from their customers.

This is a scam. I have waited 3 months and no seat, no reply to emails and some dodgy excuse about damage to the factory from a storm. I have emailed several times and no reply or requested refund. Website has disappeared.

I ordered December 2025, got emails from them giving excuses as to why no product was sent, they kept saying they were working through the backlog of orders and now 3 months on still nothing.

I order a car seat on 2/01/2026 and have never received it. It is paid for. The customer service answered my emails until 3/11/2026. I have not received the car seat or the refund I asked for. So disappointed. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Negative review lowest I cold put in was 1 but they would get lower than that. I ordered my seat Dec 16 al correspondence I got was tat they were having problems with shipping. So I waited and waited nothing . I am about to loose 99.00.

Waiting 3 months now, stopped responding to my emails

I ordered over a month ago and never received it. After checking the tracking links many times, I noticed the website is gone. They have dissappear. $100 lost.

Never received the 2 PawCruiser seats I ordered. $150 gone. No reply from company. They are in China but what isn't these days.
Do not buy from PawCruiser.

I have not received my order yet paid $228 for seat on 11/1/26 still didn't have my seat for my car

It’s a Scam I had no item received after 3 months paid in full always had an excuse until I had no more contact from them … no number to call …do not deal with

I ordered on December 16th 2025. I have sent numerous emails and messages about my car seat and have had no communication at all. Very disappointing. My next steps are consumer affairs and contacting my bank to report the company and look into it as potentially fraudulent business.

I ordered a dog seat on 9th December 2025, 30th January 2026 still haven't got it. Don't purchase from them, I am going to take it to consumer affairs. They have stolen my money and just make up excuses when I email to work out where my purchase is. Stay away from this company

Paid extra for next-day shipping. More than a week later, the item still has not even shipped.

I emailed customer support and received no response. Only after placing the order did I learn the product ships from China, something that was not clearly disclosed during checkout.

Charging for expedited shipping while failing to ship at all, combined with zero communication, is deeply misleading. This experience reflects poor business practices and a lack of accountability.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
