I'm very impressed with this company. I ordered something by mistake and they went above and beyond to make it right, when they did not have to do so.

I ordered a set consisting of a sweater and a cap. When my order arrived, one item was missing, and I was not informed beforehand. This came as a surprise upon delivery.

Because it was sold as a set, keeping only one item did not make sense, so I had to return the order. The refund process has also taken a long time (still haven’t got my refund to this date)

Overall, the lack of communication about the missing item and the slow refund made this a disappointing experience.

Customers should be informed immediately if an item in a set is unavailable before shipping. Clear communication and faster refund processing would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I changed my order just after placing it by sending an email and received an email within 24 hours confirming they’d received and would send me the correct coat. It arrived very quickly and is perfect.

Ordered on the 16th of december and after 4 weeks of waiting I still haven't received the item. It says 5-10 working days when you check out… its bs for a not cheap item coming from CHINA

The Polaris-Tec Fleece Jumpsuit is superb quality. The fleece material is thick and very soft.its easy to get on and off and my Bedlington Terrier runs and jumps with my other dog so it doesn't interfere with his movements in any way at all. Everyone who sees the fleece comments on how lovely it is.

I wrote on Whatsapp to ask for assistance about sizes and I had an answer right away with the kindest person ever! Can’t wait to receive my order 😍

Ordered a set on the site that was advertised as being sold with a cap and vest. The only reason I ordered the set was for the cap. When I received my order, no cap was included. When I reached out to customer service I was told that the vest was sold as a standalone. The website, however, listed that the cap came with the vest. The solution they offered was a 50% refund for an item that was falsely advertised, that I would not have ordered had it been properly advertised, and that cost over $60, way too much for just a vest. So if I could give a no star rating, I would.

I ordered a coat for my dog but it was too small. I sent it back for a larger size but due to the Chinese New Year it was delayed by a few weeks. I wasn't very happy with this so Pawelier gave me a refund and sent the coat as well ! It arrived today and it fits her perfectly. Very pleased with the service I received.
