I ordered from this company in November and as of yet nothing except a lot of excuses and no action. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Generic plaster model of dog only painted in my dogs colours. I sent pictures of a chihuahua and got the statue of a Shetland Sheepdog- wrong shape and wrong size. It’s definitely not customised to your photos. Don’t use this company.

Item ordered arrived damaged. Notified company via email and they offered me 15% refund as a ‘good gesture’. Seriously?????? Zero professionalism with this company !! Customer service.....well there is none! Never, NEVER will I buy from this company again. My furbabies deserve better.

I ordered a paw hair shaver, after using twice (over 2 months) it will no longer charge. The charger works but the shaver wont charge. I contacted them and they said they only accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the produce, even if it is faulty ….. but they’d be delighted if I would like to purchase a new one!! ZERO customer service ZERO trust in their products

This is a scam. It's been months since I ordered my product. It still hasn't been delivered and they're still making excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

They are not Australian, a number of email with rubbish about why my order was delayed, I had to report them to ACCC before I got my delivery, I ordered a cooling blanket and what arrived was just a normal blanket. Package was shipped from China.
DO NOT USE THEM

They did end up delivering the product I ordered but communication wasn't personalised at all - I was convinced they were a scam and replied to their email with "Now I know you're a bot. Thanks for the evidence" and they said "you're welcome".
I asked for a refund the same day and they said it was already in production 🤦
But it came and was protectively packaged.

Bad and apparently delivered to the wrong country , Im in Australia - no offer to re-direct , and Sarah whoever she is , answers with just rubbish..

This site is a scam. Ordered, paid for product 5 weeks ago. No tracking number despite asking for it 4 times, now no communication from them. Sarah (or whoever you are) your called out.

Warning!!. Seem to be scammers. Ordered a dog car seat cover and paid at checkout. Money was deducted from my bank, but no receipt or tracking advice given. I queried it and was told that my order couldn’t be found on their “system”. I have asked to be reimbursed with no luck. I’ve had a daily email trail back and forth and they keep passing the buck and it’s getting nowhere. Just getting runaround and no offer of refund. They just keep denying that I’ve ordered anything even though I have sent PayPal receipts showing them what I ordered, and money that has been paid to them. They seem to be tied up with another company obstensibly based in Germany - Bella und Balou. Check out their reviews!! Same results as Pawfectbuddies Buddies. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away!!!!

We ordered a product which was advertised on their website instead we recieved a similar but not tge product we ordered. To contest we made photos of the product we received with complete description of it and it's obviously to see we recieved a different product. Once opened and put to use we noticed the water mat was leaking water, so we sent a new email claiming the product not only is not what we ordered but it has also a leak issue, obviously a manufacturing issue. We were asked to accept a 40% refund or to return the product for a total refund of the purchase paid, but simultaneously we are responsible for the return shipping costs which we disagree as the product is returning not because of a change of mind but because it's faulty and obviously not what we ordered and paid for. We keep getting robotic replies and there's no contact number to speak with a human. I speak German too so I could easily speak to a customer service in Germany from the company who delivered the product but there's no contact number, just email, which is frustrating when you realize you are getting just robotic replies with the name Sarah.

Ordered interactive dog ball and after 2 days it stopped working. I emailed customer service and Sarah (God knows.if she is the owner) emailed back saying she will.be checking with shipping??? It was not about shipping and finally after 5 days, ball has come out with seperate pieces. I emailed again and Sarah is negotiating if I need 30%refund??? This company is based in Germany apparently and Poor quality product as well as poor customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. 100% a scam. The “tracking” updates are most certainly not legitimate tracking. Very glad I paid via PayPal so I have an option to try and recoup my dollars.
I checked before ordering that this was an Australian business, I should have checked harder as it most definitely is not
Avoid at all costs

Ordered a "hand crafted" figurine for each of my 2 very different looking dogs. Arrived weeks late. Received two of the exact same figurine. Not handcrafted at all. Mass produced cheap clay. Shoddy paint job.

Asked to be sent the right figurine and after much back and forth, they flat out refused.

A scam. They claim they are in Australia, fake. They claim they customise your magnet to they pet you supply in a photo, fake. Avoid avoid avoid

Read reviews after ordering back seat dog protector, thought of well money gone. Was told there was a delay in manufacturing,though was able to track item from China .took maybe 8 days till it was delivered north coast nsw . Anyway iam happy

Delivered my items to the wrong address then sent me ‘proof of delivery’ photos. (yeah, proof you sent it to the wrong address) Stopped replying to my emails once I sent photos of my house front. Don't give these people your money.

This company claims to be based in Australia when you find them in a google search. The order took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive only the moulds were received, they are terrible quality. There was no recipes cards, I followed this up twice and was sent two web links to recipes. The first link went to another domain which said it couldn't be found, the second link went to a site which said access denied. The email responses time/date stamp indicate that this company is not in Australia and it feels like drop shipping experience or scam.

Buyer beware** This company is a scam! They take your money, give you a fake tracking delivery number and your product never arrives!! We have been waiting for over 6 weeks. Only contact available is by email and they just keep making up dodgy excuses
