Will NEVER order from again. My dog supplies came in a plastic zipper bag with the price tag/sticker taken off.
The cat mat that was advertised as a CAT proof mat was a new born baby mat with the pawfect buddies card just thrown inside.

The item I received is faulty and also not aligned with their sizing on the website. I have requested a refund and they offered 10% refund which I advised is not suitable. They continue to respond with a slightly higher percentage of a refund rather than the total amount. Terrible service.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered one of those balls that go flat to a Frisbee and then pop open. Never received it. Excuse is the shipping company have a backlog!! All they can do is give me a 25% off code for next purchase. I'm so peed off.

Terrible products and shabby customer service. I ordered a scratchy ball that requires assembling but no instructions. I have emailed them twice and they are useless. Also received a bird sounding toy but again no instructions on operation or battery. Also received two sachets of God knows what and they cannot tell me that either. Could be drugs for all i know. Rubbish quality and even worse customer care. The quality of items i purchased are worse than what you might find at the dollar shop.

Less than half the products ordered arrived and the company took a long time to respond to my emails.
Money was refunded for the goods not received.

Please DO NOT Buy from this company as their product is very poor quality.
I purchased a water proof dog winter coat for my elderly dog and he wore it for about 10 days before the stitching unravelled and it started to fall apart. The coat was only worn when he was out walking on a lead and then put away when we got home out of his reach. When I wrote to Paw Perfect Buddies they were very unhelpful and wrote:
'Please be advised that our responsibility extends only to products received damaged or broken upon arrival. Regrettably, once a product has been used, we cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent damage.'
I find this totally unacceptable that due to the poor quality of the product that after less than 2 weeks use it started to fall apart.
I wrote several times requesting either a replacement or refund and the only response I got was the above and "Sorry for your inconvenience'.
This is totally unacceptable and I would advise to NOT BUY from this company as they are irresponsible and the coat was very poor quality. Happy to verify my experience by proof of emails received from Paw Perfect Buddies

This is an update on my previous review. I had contacted them on the 13th of June for a refund, provided them with my new banking information and they are saying they had refunded a closed bank account! The people at this company are stupid and I really hope anyone looking to order from this website DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Even sent the jackets back to them and STILL NOTHING!!!
Disgusting and appalling service and behaviour, they’re scammers and you’d be better off throwing your money down the toilet!!

Do not use this company, they do not send out all your parts. I have been chasing up getting a part sent out to me that was missed for a very long time. This has been going on for a month. They have 0 customer service care. They do not give a damn. They do not reply to emails. They send out fake tracking numbers. I should have read the reviews here first.

Do not buy, the size is not accurate. I bought XXXL for my big dog and measured him. The jacket is XXXL but its tiny, it would fit a cavoodle.

I wish I read the other reviews before I purchased.

Ordered a dryer/brush! Took ages to arrive! Box damaged but item ok except unusable as the electric plug is not Australian compatible! Cannot use it

I ordered XL calming Pet Sofa, which took over 2 weeks to arrive. Sadly it’s such a poor quality and nothing like on the photo. My dog wont even lie on it. The Kmart one which cost third of the price is better quality and looks nicer. Waste of money

I ordered a 2XL coat from Pawfectbuddies for my Maltese x Shih Tzu I received it on 21st June but it does not fit properly. Despite following the size guide, the coat is significantly smaller than expected. I have reached out to Pawfectbuddies via email to request a refund or exchange, but have only received a response offering a 20% refund and placing the responsibility for any potential loss during the return process on me. I am unsatisfied with their response and have informed them that I will be seeking assistance from PayPal and Consumer Affairs. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but have not received a response.

I ordered 2 dog coats, a large for a cavalier x shih tzu and a 4 XL for a staffy. Both are way too small and don't fit either dog.
I asked for a refund or exchange. They offered me a 20% refund as if I return them and 'they get lost in the mail' it's on me. They won't offer me an exchange. I have been emailing them since I got them as I have no use for them as they don't fit.
I don't know who does the sizing but I went according to their measurements and they must have VERY SMALL dogs in China

Terrible customer service, terrible product! Upon receiving dog jackets all looked good, until first and second wear when they fell apart. Contacted customer service and was told they can go nothing about it! Scam!!

Ordered hard bottom dog car seat. 3 pieces that insert into 3 seperate sections. (Zipper at the back) Fits well into the car, only thing would want was that the middle mesh zipped brown on both sides. Will update the the dogs have been in few times.

Pretty sure this is a scam site. Ordered a car seat cover 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped
