Pawfit is so easy to use. You can always check on battery life. Any issues with updates or network connections are addressed efficiently and quickly. Wouldn’t use any other.very professional.

Great trackers. Ocasionally a blip on the history but live tracking never let me down.Speedy reponse from customer service but i have still to come back to them

PawFit are excellent - they respond quickly to questions and even offered a free replacement when our tracker stopped working. I would 100% recommend!

Like the easy monitoring, although it does not always connect to GPS so can't track in real time when this happens

Inaccurate at times, lacking detailed location, occasionall recording location that would be an annomaly. Good part is it's small and easy to opperate.

Of all the things you pay for with dogs, this is the best value for money. Honestly, it's like 7 pounds a month and you can track your dogs when they're off the lead. I honestly could not let my whippets off without them. The battery lasts for ages. There is a great recorded audio function and you can track the duration they're out. My eldest dog is 4.5 years and I've used them most of his life - the original tracker stopped working when the internet provider switched off 2g or 3g or whatever it was. So, I had to get a new one which apparently is waterproof. My dogs dont go in the water, but they do go out in the morning dew or rain and the trackers get a bit wet but they're just fine. Don't think twice, get one of these if you are worried about you dog getting lost.

After a few failures, when the trackers where offline, i had contact with the support. Quick response and very helpful. Now, after a few updates, it's all working very fine.

Really impressed with the accuracy. Peace of mind for my kids. Good price, very happy.

Tracker is pointless. Lasts less than 12hours.

It is very useful, and gives me peace of mind. It's just a shame that on a number of occasions it doesn't record where my dog has been, just his steps. I don't find it as reliable as the Pawfit 2.

At 1st the service and the device were an absolute disaster (gen 2) constantly failing to work and the company even had to replace it once... I had countless communications with their customer services and multiple times I was thinking of giving up and request my refund. The good thing is that they started getting better after a few years and then I also purchase the new version of the tracker which works absolutely perfect. This is why I have a positive review and I highly recommend pawfit. If they didn't sort out both the service and the device I would have been their worst nightmare

Pawfit is a great tracker and the company is really responsive and helpful

GPS can be variable as it is with other makes of tracker that I have had. I live in a street with very high buildings. GPS is poor there. However, with Pawfit 3 and higher, you have the option to use Blue Tooth “Find” in “Map”.This works within seconds to link the tracker to the app. Once on fields the GPS is usually very reliable but again you have the back up of “Find”
My dog even managed to lose her collar once and I was able to find it quickly with the app.
I have been quite a few places in England and have found the mobile signal to connect to the app has been very good.
Customer service has always been good if any help needed.
There is also a very good informal Facebook page where users can discuss any problems quickly especially out of office hours.

The customer service was really good and the tracker arrived very quick. Easy to set up and attach to the collar.
Battery lasts a couple of days before needing to be recharged but I tend to charge up overnight.
Also purchased the covers to protect the screen and to stop scratching.
The app is brilliant and allows me to keep an eye on puppy activity whilst at day care.

I guess we've used our Pawfit tracker for a couple of years now. Its been very reliable and extremely good for mobile network coverage as Pawfit trackers effectively "roam" across multiple networks.

The harness that holds the tracker is of very high standard, as is the lead. The Tracker has been all over Europe and performed well. Battery life has been well maintained. When the tracker lost contact with the GPS there was a prompt response from the support team.
Tracking helps us know where the dog is, but it doesn’t bring her back!

Excellent experience. Items work perfectly, replacement sent after one tracker broke. Highly recommended as it is very accurate and cat can be traced easily

The security of knowing where my 2 yr old Labrador is when he goes off piste!!! It means he can have some off lead time simply because I can track him.
