We have made a couple orders with Paw Libra and have been very happy with our experience, fast shipping and great customer service. My personalized pet pillow was beautiful and I loved my personalized engraved pet necklace.

I've ordered quite a few things from them including a photo keychain, photo pillow, magic pillow, socks and a blanket. The pictures I used were high quality so they turned out Crystal clear on the products. Shipping does take awhile but it's all made from scratch and not a stock item so I didn't mind that. Quality over quantity. Will be going back for sure!

A friend told me she bought a pillow from pawlibra and about two weeks later she received the product. She liked it so much and told her friends to view the website and buy their own favorite ones.

Just brutal. Almost 2 months before i got my package, and they sent me the wrong stuff. Its been 2 weeks for a response to getting the wrong package. Save your money and go elsewhere

I placed an oder 11/29/2018. As of this review, I have yet to receive the items. Fortunately purchased via PayPal and I am disputing my purchase. I do not recommend that you make any purchases from the company.

Terrible Company and BAD Customer Service
It's been 18+ days and my product still hasn't shipped, they won't allow me to cancel my order or give me a refund. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Wish I read the other reviews about this, I never would have ordered it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ORDERED IN EARLY DECEMBER. THE PICTURE PILLOW CAME IN BEGINNING OF JANUARY AND WAS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY!!!!! THE SOCKS I ORDERED ON THE SAME DAY IN DECEMBER JUST ARRIVED AT THE END OF JANUARY!!! THEY ARE 2 OUT OF 3 OF THEM ARE DECENT FOR THE MOST PART. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS PAGE BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I've ordered a custom made pillow on November 12, but UNTIL NOW I still haven't received it!! It's been more than 2 months... OUTRAGEOUS!! They should not be in business!!

Worst company ever. I ordered a pillow for my daughter on who is going to be traveling abroad 1/29.. I ordered the pillow on Nov 11, 2018. Not only has the pillow not arrived yet, it is still stuck in China according to the tracking. We are at 50 business days. Website advertises 5-20 business days to process and then another 10 days for shipping. So math in the US is 30 business days worst case. Same "fake" name of "Jacky" is always responding to the emails. PayPal doesn't do jack sh#*! You have to go through your credit card company to dispute. Outsourcing at its best! We need to bring back manufacturing to this country. It is worth paying the extra money as I know that when a website in America states 30 days, they are held accountable. Please post on any website or facebook page you can a bad review. At this point it is not about the $25.00 that I spent. It is more about the SCAM and lying that goes on with evey review I keep seeing. Report them on FB as a scam as well. No customer service, again same ficticious person. I am sure she's sitting somewhere on a stolen lap top, collecting our money and laughing all the way to the bank!

I placed an order on November 10th for two blankets and a coin purse. These were all supposed to be Christmas gifts. I don’t know even know where to start with how awful this “company” is. It took opening a case with PayPal to get them started on my order A MONTH after I placed it. So naturally they told me it was too late to cancel my order. I only waited a month. I eventually ordered items through Walmart to replace the items so my family would receive their Christmas gifts. Then Paw Libra sent a tracking label so PayPal closed my dispute. I eventually did receive the items from PayLibra but they were not as I ordered. “Jacky” from Paw Libra said the best they could do is 15% off my NEXT order. Um I would NEVER order from this scam of a company again. Then she said the best they could do is a 10% refund. What a joke! The items did not arrive in time for Christmas so I went and bought replacement items so now I’ve spent twice as much as I wanted on these gifts. Plus Paw Libra takes the money INSTANTLY after you place your order, rather than after the order ships. I wish I could give these con artists negative stars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - that’s the only thing consistent about them.

Disappoint to say the least, terrible results, Evident they do not even see/quality check the product they are selling before shipping out as they asked too see photos after it was shipped from Japan. Expensive junk, Do not use this business. Much better elsewhere.

Never Buy From PawLibra.com, they are ascammer and your order will never arrive.
I have ordered name tag more than one month ago and seems to me they have forwarded to China. They gave me untrackable dhl tracking number which I have contacted DHL and they have no idea about it. The tracking number seems to be a fake number and the status of delivery would show you "succesfully delivered" but the item never actually arrive.
The customer service at PawLibra.com would reply you one or two then they would disappear. They blocked my account so I no longer be able to check my order status. They took my money and gave me NOTHING. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from PawLibra.com

I was very excited to get a gorgeous pillow personalized for Christmas for my niece . I ordered it in November it is mid January and they still have not sent me the pillow and have only replied and said that deliveries have been backed up. I asked for a full refund but no answer and you can't get anyone on the phone. Do not trust them as of yesterday they told me the pillow is still on it's way. What a joke. Do Not Do Business with this company. 30 day guarantee and they have ignored my request.

DO NOT USE!

I firmly believe they would have kept my money and never sent me my item had I not notified Paypal. And only then, did they send me my item. Which still took over a month to get from the time I placed my order. Not to mention the item I purchased looked like crap. Also, this is a Chinese company.

NEVER WILL USE AGAIN!
