The product probably isn't the best fit for my dog, but I can't do better. The "large" size is correct for the overall size of his head, but it is clear that the device will fall off easily when the dog lowers its head. I can pull on drawstrings to tighten it up, but there is a fair amount of pressure on the dog's neck in that situation and I have concerns about his comfort.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and I was sent a replacement simply by emailing pawnix. The exchange was prompt and professional. I am extremely excited to get my canine pal acclimated to the pawnix product. I can't speak to how my dog will react just yet, but the quality of the product looks to be top shelf.

Customer service was very responsive. We were sent a custom one to enable a better fit for our dog. We have tried the headphones twice so far when it was raining and thundering outside and it helped with our dog’s anxiety.

I think the Pawnix product is a great idea. I find that the elastic across the dog’s forehead is not tight enough to be held in place. Maybe it is because greyhounds don’t have a wide forehead so the cap doesn’t stay in place and is always shifting to either side when worn. Tightening the elastic strings under the chin do not solve the problem. There needs to be a better way to tighten the cap across the forehead.

The first thing to say that the noise cancellation cap, IS WONDERFUL. I had a problem with the bluetooth headphones, they turned off and on, I contacted them and they solved it quickly, smoothly and effectively, and the WONDERFUL treatment. Thank you very much for your involvement with the puppies!!!!!

Fantastic customer service! The noise canceling earphones really help my guy during thunder storms and the dreaded fireworks.

Our beagle took to Pawnix immediately. We trained with him for four days. Then we are sitting around on Christmas Day and the dog goes nuts. For some strange reason, someone is shooting off fireworks. I grab the Pawnix and slip it on. He is now sleeping peacefully beside me. Calm as a can be. Seems like a winner.

It seemed to work really well paired with a thundershirt. The only downside is that it's a little clunky and moves around a bit. I don't think anything will help Koda's anxiety when the plane takes off, has turbulence, or lands, but she seemed to be just fine during the flight.

Went out of their way to make sure the headgear fit my dog.

I am still undecided about returning it. I have 2 Droid phones and neither seem to work with the Bluetooth.
I ordered the size based on given measurements and it's very tight but doesn't seem to cancel any noise

Excellent customer service. My shipment was delayed and Kirsten and Emma were very helpful in relaying information as to why and when I could expect the headphones to arrive. They are extremely prompt with replies to questions or concerns.

Unfortunately did not work for my dog. Tried with and without music, used the website to make sure it was fitting properly. He could still hear everything, knocking at door and loud noises outside. Sad! The regular ear muffs worked way better…

Girst, I can't get the music going.
Did everything in the instruction and FAQ twice. Asked for a phone number to call but they directed me to the FAQs. This did nothing for my dog. She continued to pant and shake. Sent it back today.
Frustrated with the product. If only I could have talked to someone.

Very responsive team. They helped get a customize size for my dog when the normal sizes didn't quite fit. They were helpful and delightful and one of the better customer service experiences I have had!

Excellent service. After 6 months I had a problem and it was sorted after 1 email. Can't believe how good this product andvyheir customer care is.

I so wanted this to work for my dog. We've tried everything for her (homeopathy, herbal supplements, cbd) and nothing has helped. I was hoping the Pawnix headset would help but it didn't. She was still able to hear thunderstorms and other loud noises such as the lawn mower which she also gets freaked out about even though the headset was on securely. I will be returning.

Truly truly cannot say enough about this amazing device!!! Our fur baby was always absolutely terrified of storms and fireworks. She started hiding in the basement it got so bad. Panting and shaking and nothing else ever worked (thunder blankets, Benadryl, etc.. nothing). We trained her with them on and reinforced with peanut butter and treats. First of all, it’s pretty darn hilarious to see them on. She can’t hear a darn thing!!! We have had them in for our summer storms and it’s unbelievable. Truly I can’t believe it. She’s totally zoned out and relaxed and falls asleep like she’s at the spa! We put on the classical playlist and it’s lights out! THANK YOU!!!

Customer service was exceptional! The first Pawnix was too big for our little girl, exchanged for a different size. Absolutely no issues with the exchange, super easy, super convenient.

The day after we got to Pawnix a thunderstorm popped up without much warning. We got the Pawnix on our little girl, got her nestled in between the two of us, and she was much better than her usual state of panic.

The Pawnix is simple and easy to use — like thousand times easier than me trying to hold my noise canceling headset on her head while she’s in complete panic/tear.

Give it a try, we did and life is so much better for us and our dog!
