Recommended by my veterinarian for my dog's severe noise phobia. We realized fast it wouldn't be helpful for outdoor noise triggers while playing in the yard, as it can easily be removed, but we were hopeful it would help with noise triggers inside the house (food vacuum sealer). After a week of wearing it intermittently to get her comfortable wearing it, my husband needed to seal some food. We put on the pawnix, turned on some music, and everything seemed to go well until it didn't. It was like she wasn't even wearing them. Not sure if the vacuum sealer is just outside the frequency range where active and passive noise cancelling is effective, but those types of sounds are her biggest triggers.

I introduced the Pawnix to my doodle as described, unfortunately it did not work for us to do his ear layout. I contacted Pawnix requesting to return the device over 2 weeks ago and they have not responded. I’m really frustrated that I have not heard back.

When I had an issue, it was quickly resolved by Pawnix, and now my pup is safely and happily able to accompany me where ever I go, he is getting used to the earmuffs, and I can immediately tell the difference in loud spaces (like dances)

It did not work. I wrote an email for a return and yall did not reply ?

My dog struggles with over-stimulation from sound outside the home (vehicles on our street, neighbors' gardeners, etc). She also doesn't naturally rest or sleep deeply when there are stimuli happening in or out of the home, but the Pawinx headphones have changed everything. She welcomes the headphones when they are offered and pretty much passes out for a good nap as soon as they are on. So far it seems that the added rest is helping with her reactivity and anxiety.

We just received our headset . Headset is well made, and I’m excited to try it however . Training isn’t easy . My westie is not cooperating and we are using g LOTS of treats but she is not having it. Really frustrated.

The company was very accommodating to make a smaller size for my dog. The instructions were also easy to follow for the noise canceling headset.

Great customer service. I order the wrong size and they were awesome about getting me the correct size. Exchange was easy and stress. They i formed me of every step by email. Followed up with me after tje purchase.

Pawnix was very accommodating, and build a custom headset for my pup. I read some reviews about bad customer service, I didn’t find that to be true. There may be a couple of days before they respond to your questions, but they have excellent follow through.

Mango is able to wear them without sacrificing his comfort all the while protecting his hearing! He enjoys listening to most of my music choices.

I was unsure if my senior dog would be accepting of device. I followed suggestions sent with pawnix. She was not only accepting but loves it. I wish I knew about this product sooner.

It’s the wrong size and I’m not getting any assistance in returning it

My dog was whining during a thunderstorm. We put the pawnix on and then he didn't make anymore sounds and his tail was wagging. 10/10.

Miracle for our baby girl to rest through the storms and fireworks. For 3 years we have tried calming medications and watching her shake terribly through storms and fireworks. We are so thankful to have found and purchased pawnix!
