Using the sizing guide for Pawnix, they still didn't quite fit, but the company worked with us to get the best possible fit for Sugar just in time for the 4th of July! The customer service and product quality are great!

These noise cancelling headphones did not help my dog at all on the 4th of July. He suffered and it was too late to get a hotel room so he just had to endure.

We practiced with them for several days, they were fitted correctly, powered on, connected to Bluetooth with the recommended playlist playing. Useless! I'll be returning them and returning to our regular routine of staying in a hotel near the airport with windows that reduce noise in general. Very sad for my dog and feel horrible he had to go though last night's experience.

After years of trying every solution on the market, our greyhound finally had relief from audible doggie torture. Quick response time about sizing, beautiful packaging, and a product that works! The fit isn’t perfect for a greyhound’s head shape but most products in general fall into that category. Thank you so much! Wish this was available 8 years ago!

Willa has noise canceling headphones because of my electric car and its n high pitched noises. I was afraid (she goes to work with me daily) that it would compromise her hearing, so…. She’s listening to Vivaldi while fire works are going on!! Thank you Pawnix!

My dog Chester is 7 years old and since about age 2, he’s struggled with sound sensitivity. Even SOFT electronic sounds (like text notifications) scare him. Fireworks? Full on terror!!!!!! Shaking, barking, cowering : all enough to break a dog owner’s heart.
I heard about the pawnix this year in June and I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s not cheap so I gave it a lot of thought but ultimately, I thought if there’s even a 10% chance this product will help then I have to try it.
Last night was the 3rd. People were already shooting them off. But with his pawnix on, Chester literally SLEPT through it. Snored actually. I couldn’t believe it!!!!!!!!!!! This product, if you follow the instructions to acclimate your dog, is POWERFUL.

My dogs headphones don't stay on. I called the company. Instead of a call back I got a very generic email response. Their email did not help me get headphones to stay. So poor customer service.
I will need to hold them in place to use them. When I did get the headphones to stay, they did help my dog.

Company was very supportive and helpful but the headphones don't work for my greyhound. Pro ably because of his head shape. I've had them too long to return them. Not their fault. They just didn't block the noise for him.

It doesn't stay on. And I haven't noticed a difference in his reactions to fireworks.

My fur baby is terrified of thunder & fireworks. I’d bunker down with her in my closet, play soothing music, strap her in a thunder shirt, and rub lavender oil on her back. Even tried calming gummies. Nothing seemed to help. My fur baby would shake severely. It just broke my heart.
I ordered the Pawnix Noise Cancelling Headphones as a last resort. We tried it on at the first sign of a storm. It put her right to sleep. No shakes. No shivers. Worth every penny! Thank you and God bless you for caring enough to create this product for all of us. 💕💕

Will know more around Independence Day for sure. The only thing I find challenging about the devise is getting my pups floppy ears through the holes. I’m certain with practice I’ll get good at it. I would have loved to get it in black in my pups size, but the main thing is my pups comfort rather that pup fashion.

I like the device. The only thing that could be improved is I feel the charging port hole could be made a little nicer. My dog has severe phobia about going outside or hearing children play. With the helmet on she quickly relaxes and falls asleep. I feel that this gives her some peace and for that i am eternally grateful. Thanks Pawnix

A one of a kind product designed to help our furry angels is one thing, but her commitment to seeing that help through and making sure the product works to help us awhile other level. Shipped fast, great customer service. We were given the next size up as well in case the one didn’t fit. My service dog likes her new head gear, it’s comfortable. The best thing about it is that I can connect it to my iPhone and she can listen to music and hear me talk. The communication opportunity with Pawnix makes it a game changer when it comes to ear protection.

I received two headsets but only ordered one. I sent them both back for refund but only received a refund for one.

We talked and you sent me the smaller sized headset right away.

Headphones were too big, but that was my error. They responded really quickly, sent a smaller replacement set & then I returned the original set. Wonderful response & quality product. Hoping they work as we approach July 4th

I messaged company with photos showing that this unit does not fit our dog at all. I am still waiting for a reply.

Have not been able to try it our fully yet as there was an issue with the electronics. Customer support to replace the electronics was great. Very responsive.

For my dog has been a little difucult to teach her to keep the headphone in her head ajja but we are working woht her :)
