It is noise canceling, and when I play relaxing jazz music, my dog ​​feels relaxed. I bought it to use during thunder and fireworks. For dogs, the sounds of thunder and fireworks are life-threatening. Thanks to the noise canceling hat, my family feels safe. Thank you for making it!

So far it hasn't been working. I got a smaller size for my dog and when he shakes his head it falls off. No matter how tight. I can't go any smaller.

Noise canceling headphones appear to do the trick with respect to vacuuming, will be trying them in a plane in two days. Tips re: getting the dog used to wearing them were very helpful.

I’ve gotten my dog used to the pawnix, but notice he can hear even the slightest whisper while wearing the pawnix, and listening to the music.
There is absolutely no way these will work to alleviate the stress he feels during fireworks.

The service was great, and if you had any questions you could ask them and got quick repsons. The Headset was send really quickly and with good instructions.

Our Berne-doodle is four years old, who gets terrified with the loud noises of fireworks. Unfortunately, these events cause her to be traumatized for several weeks afterward as well. We have tried calming drugs from the vet and yet she still gets traumatized. I was in the process of buying an old vintage pilot's cap and retrofitting it with a pair of old noise cancelling headphones when I accidently discovered the Pawnix website. Pawnix gave excellent guidance on training our furry friend to accept the head piece. We have been working with her and she seems to be ok with it. You have to spend some time on getting the unit to fit properly over the animal's head and specifically into the ears, but it is worth the effort. We have not had a chance to use it with fireworks yet, but we experimented the other day with the garbage trucks coming by on garbage pickup day. Usually, the noise of the trucks causes her to get extremely excited and bark uncontrollably. With the Pawnix headset on her, and in proper placement, she was much calmer. She appeared to not even be bothered by the noise of the trucks outside. We will be happy to write a review after our next fireworks event but so far, I have to say this is an excellent product for our lovely furry friend. Make sure you take the time to train your pet, Take the time to properly get it in place, and the result will be a much calmer pet during what is normally a traumatic time. Thank you Pawnix for developing a product to help keep our animals safe and calm.

The instructions were very helpful. I think it helps when he has it on. Will call to talk with the team to figure out how to better fit a greyhound head. Robin shakes his head and it is around his neck even with the neck bungies tightened and strapped to his collar.

The package arrived within a reasonable time, accompanied with a personal hand written thank you card. the headphones really work and has been a lifesaver for my little old dog against fireworks.

The delivery was so quick! My vet suggested these might be a great supplement for my mini Yorkie on New Years Eve in addition to her calming prescription. I played Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Izi and she did pretty good. She is a very trusting dog so only needed to put them on the day before to make sure ai knew how they worked.

THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW ELECTRONIC. So I feel this is a great and caring company.

It is wonderful to purchase a product for my precious dog from a company that cares so much. She went above and beyond to get my shipment to me as quickly as possible. Update. Evidently there is a short in the electronics because I have to wiggle it until I can get it to come on. I emailed her the problem I’m having and she said I would need to buy the electronics for $125.00. I’ve only had it 1 year and 7 months and never took out the electronics or caused any damage. They weren’t worn many times. After spending $200.00 and have to spend that much more money is completely unacceptable.

Customer service has been above and beyond!

We measured and ordered the small size, but it was too big and heavy for our little dog to hold up. Pawnix helped fit her better and now she’s flying with less anxiety.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, so I can't comment in detail, but the store was very good!
XS was a little too small around neck but should be ok.

This company has a great customer service team. When we realised we had ordered the wrong size for our Rosie, they promptly sent two more headsets to the UK for us to choose the correct size. Then we returned the two we didn't want. As for whether the headset has worked. We are in the midst of fireworks season and so far she is fine with us putting it on her, but she seems to overheat and pant within a short time of wearing it. So we can only put the headset on her for a short while. This means we still have to deal with her terror of fireworks. She is a very anxious type dog so we do what we can. Regarding getting her to accept the headset to begin with, she is not treat-orientated, but she loves relaxing music, so we used the music to slip it on and this was much easier than we thought. We shall persevere.
