It's a good quality hat however, despite it being adjustable, it still needed to be smaller for me. Maybe have women's and men's sizes for hats? Just a suggestion. Hat is very cute!

I love the all the options available for a onesie.

I love the all the options available to customize a onesie for my granddaughter. Can't wait to see her in it on Valentine's Day. Her dog's name is Blue and she is a Lhaso mix and it is the perfect outfit. I am going to get her another one as well.

Not a trustworthy source to do business…

Not a trustworthy source to do business with. If you order an item and the size that they ship is wrong. They won't do a single thing to solve the issue. Your money goes to them; you will get nothing back. This business focuses on profit and money-hunger, with no principles, rather than taking responsibility on their end. Over the weekend, I ordered an iPhone case. I did experience some issues with the website. I had several glitch issues. I emailed them requesting that they cancel the order and change it to the correct size. I email them before the item is shipped. The first automatic reply said they had created a ticket and would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I sent several emails to make sure they received it. Later, I received an email saying that the 3-hour window passed. Your item was shipped, and other emails stating that your iPhone case is on the way. They dare to send me an email knowing that I had problems with the website, knowing that it's on their end, and they sent the wrong size anyway.

Broken mug, company ignored me

The mug came and it was really cute, too bad it can't be used. The handle was broken and I could tell the mug material was cheap. I submitted the request for a replacement on the company's site, using their form. They ignored me, so I submitted another, again ignored. Finally asked for a refund and was again ignored so I filed a claim with my bank. Non existent customer service.

Nice selection of animals

Really nice website for ordering and I was able to find dogs that captured the true identiy of the pups I was trying to put on coffee cup for a gift. Nice feature of preview my selection before ordering.

Had issues from day one

Had issues from day one, product shipping was long and then never arrived. I had several emails back and forth with the company and they would not do anything about paying for the product and never receiving it. They tried blaming my post office , but I have cameras and the post office never delivered the product so it was never resolved. Paid $32 for a coffee cup I never received.

SMALL SIZE AND INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Despite giving a full address, the label was not addressed correctly and after 7 days without any help from anyone at Pawsionate and numerous emails, I was able to contact Aramex and sort it out myself.
Parcel has just arrived and despite ordering a large t-shirt the size is that of a childs.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE COMPANY

Would not recommend ordering from this store

The order reached the destination country, but the delivery was suddenly marked as unsuccessful.
I was available all day, yet no delivery attempt was made and no one contacted me.

Customer support only sends generic responses and shifts the responsibility to the shipping carrier instead of resolving the issue.

I would not recommend ordering from this store.

I WISH I HAD READ ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST!!! DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A PRODUCT FROM UK ARRIVING IN GOOD USABLE CONDITION. TOOK AGES COMING FROM CHINA AND WHEN IT DID, SHOCKING UNWEARABLE CONDITION
Disgusted with LACK OF EMPATHY and resolutions from jamie and how rude his responses have been. Product arrived in unsatisfactory condition, mis shapen and not even usable but i accepted a 50% refund of the bill. 50%of the product price was actually issued, when the main issue was actually the postage !! I will not be ordering again and this could have been placated by correct reinbursment.
NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Go elsewhere as I will be

Great Product

I ordered a welcome mat and not only was the product quality good, but the photograoh of my dog on the mat was incredible. I like that I was kept informed of my parcel's delivery status by email and the mat arrived fairly quickly.
