I had been using another service for years, but have found Pay.com.au far far easier and more intuitive to use. Its reporting is also great, providing the information I need. My last experience with the last platform I used led to a long process of getting the simplest document, a receipt of payment! No such issues with Pay.com.au

It’s easy to use but your fees are too high. I think I might go through another platform that doesn’t charge so much

It’s not transparent. They represent the benefits of paying your bills through their platform very clearly but you need to go searching for whether there is a charge or whether they just profit from all your business expenditure information

we've been using Pay.com.au to pay the ATO and other business invoices so we can earn credit card reward points. The platform is straightforward and reliable and easy to use. The customer support team has been responsive and very easy to deal with. The small processing fee is worth it given the points hacking, especially if you’re looking to get the most out of business expenses. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to maximise rewards while managing regular payments.

I run as many expenses as possible through this platform and it's very convenient that I can link my business AMEX for the option of more points. Yes there are associated fees and charges and compare that to what you would pay for international Business airfares it's a no brainer.
