Unfortunately the e-gift cards are misleading.
They’re not working at Anaconda despite it being listed. I have wasted lots of precious time trying to communicate with BlackHawk while in store, Extremely poor customer service!
I ended up having to pay the full amount as I could not use the e-gift cards. Now I need to work out a way to get my points back so hopefully I’ll be able to use it to something else.

Pay.com.au is easy to navigate and use. It comes with reward system that can be integrated with some of the more popular brands for credit cards, travel agents, and hotel which makes it more rewarding.

Points are great however payment timing is a concern as it took 5 business days to flow through to receiver. That is a long time in the current digital environment.

I had some troubles getting my banking to work. I made numerous calls as I had limited time to set things up before EOM payments were due. At every call they were courteous and helpful. Fantastic team… well done.

I think the fees are too high given that you are just handling and transferring the money......I’m merely paying for a money exchange service and I’m not that interested in the pay.com.au points. Also the processing time for transactions take way too long, like over 24 Hours, they should almost be instant especially if my American Express card pays you guys then the supplier/service provider should be paid straight away out of your system but it sits there “processing“ for what reason?

Unfortunately pay.com.au is not a reliable platform for the payment of wages and salaries as these payments may not go out on time.
Payroll is time critical and the platform is neither clear nor timely - not recommended for payroll.
Given payroll is the major expense for most small businesses, I recommend a thorough analysis of the cost vs benefits of using this platform - especially given that the timing of payments is unable to be determined definitively.
