Piero was fantastic in running me through the platform. Having been on similar calls with other providers, I wasn't made to feel rushed nor silly for my questions. The extra cost you charged to pay through you for points is double what I received in points I received when transferring.
So basically I paid you $450 to receive a saving of $200 from the airline.
You’re just another scammer! I won’t be using you again.
