usually i always use this place to buy crypto, and its quite quick and trustworthy, but this time it just really, really upset me.
It said my card declined, yet it took money from my account. The crypto hasnt even come in yet. they said it will take 1-72 hours for it to come back into my account?! My bank approved the payment too. So yeah, very inconvenient
Ive been using this payment method everytime while using this site. I am so deeply disappointed and irritated! Especially when i need to use crypto urgently.
This is the first time this has happened so im not giving it a full one star because that would be quite unfair, because prior to this, their service was excellent and fairly easy to use and navigate. So i do hope next time it would be different
