Absolute joke from the start!!! booked in for measurements, guy went to complete wrong address so cancelled completely, had to wait 2 more weeks for the guy to turn up and measure.
Booked in for fitting for before christmas, pulled up old flooring emptied rooms etc waited around all day, called office around 4pm to see where they were was told "fitter is running late but I promise you will have your flooring today!" no fitter turned up! This was a Friday so had to wait until Monday to contact the office, on monday i was told "we don't know what happened or where he is" no explanation or apology, re booked for after Christmas leaving me with no flooring over Christmas, i have children and a crawling baby! After waiting weeks again for a second fitting date, was told on the day the fitting had been cancelled, after emptying rooms etc again! So had to rebook again! With my 3rd fitting date booked, upset and extremely disappointed I wrote a review stating the above, company called me and told me if I did not take my review down immediately I would not be getting my flooring at all.
So today the amateur fitter and his mate (clealry not a fitter and was his 1st day) turned up, and I could've done a better job myself! First he asked me if it looked straight before gluing it!! Cut the door bars wrong leaving them sharp and scruffy, not to mention a danger to my crawling baby, the flooring is not straight, its not joined properly from hallway to living room, its not glued down properly, and its baggy! Aside from that they left their flooring roll in my car park!! And left a big pile of off cuts on my sofa! A huge pile in the middle of every room, left all glue cans on floors with no lids on, told me they don't take it away or move it cos they have no bins! Turned up in a dirty old van with writing in the dirt "I wish my wife was this dirty" unprofessional, amateur, clearly not qualified or experienced! Do not waste your time or your money on this joke of a company!

Absolute shambles of a company! Delivered and fitted the wrong carpet and I was lied to by multiple people that said that was the carpet I chose! I later found out today that the colour I have actually chose have been discontinued, and instead of them contacting me to let me know that they just decided to send me any old carpet and pretend that it was the one that I chose. The fitters also lied to me and said the would lay the carpet and once I speak with the company if it’s the wrong carpet, the company would arrange for the carpet to be removed and the correct carpet to be put down, all my flooring came in completely ruined packaging, they left an absolute mess in my house with no attempt to clean up and left all of the offcuts outside my front door in the pouring rain. They also didn’t deliver my underlay and beading and they booked for it to be delivered after Christmas which has delayed. The laying of my flooring was told it would be delivered today yet. My one showed when I called back up. I was told it had been booked to be delivered for the 8th I spoke with the manager today and he was so unhelpful, It’s unbelievable how they are still running as a company its besides me. I would recommend to try somewhere else as their customer service and running of the company as a whole is absolutely disgraceful.

Terrible customer service.
Changed my fitting day when I had already lifted old carpets giving me a date in the new year expecting me to have cold stone floor over Xmas. They then took a payment in Xmas week and when I rang to complain I had the phone put down in me and told it was up to me to change payment day even though it was the same person who rang me to change fitting date. This also was booked for 2nd of Jan but on my account it had been booked for 3rd. Total lack of empathy or concern and wouldn't even give me the name of a manager to complain to. Apparently he's called Ben but who's knows since there was no surname or position given. I have cancelled and was told I would get money back on 26th dec. this is a bank holiday demonstrating again the total lack of knowledge and professionalism.

Horrible experience with this carpet fitting company I was quoted one price with payday flooring but when the carpet fitting company came out I was also charged extra ontop of the original price. The customer service from them was really bad they had a bad attitude very argumentative. I was even told to pay for there parking and it was in my terms and condition which was a lie I will never return to this company ever again. Even when I called to speak to payday flooring i was told that they can charge for parking which was never told to me when I initially had my appointment and they took my money. I even ask where is it in the terms and condition because I did not see it and I was told some of them ask to pay for the parking.
There was even an issue with the size of the carpet and I was told that I can only have it one way when I paid for the correct sizing of my carpet. And the carpet guy said he got other jobs to do so I need to make up my mind. It’s just disgusting attitude even when I spoke to pay day flooring about it they had the same attitude they didn’t even want to try and talk to the carpenter about the price of fitting.

This company is crap. I was supposed to have my carpet fitted today. Given that I gave them plenty of time to arrange their fitter to come out, only to call and wait hours to get through to their customer service which is an horrendous service, constant music playing till you actually get through, then to get told my appointment is cancelled and it was rescheduled. I thought when was this done? No confirmation nowhere. Took time out of work for nothing. Absolutely fuming! 🤬😡Don’t waste your time with these, waste of time and awful service 😡

Horrible experience carpets were cut short they was not layed correct someone was ment to finish putting in carpet strips this did not happen it’s been around 4 months and the carpets are lifting I can’t even hoover but I still have to pay over £700 for this DONT USE THESE USE A REAL FLOORING BUISNESS MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED AVOID PDF p.s rubbish was left all mixed up a hazard NOT OK

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with the fitter did not turn up over 4 times, despite always confirming he would.

Even turned up did one room and said he didn’t have enough carpet for the rest!
I paid for the one room to be done and it took a further 2 weeks for him to let us down again by not turning up.

Every excuse under the sun, van broke down, had a big job you name it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE the whole thing took over 10weeks. And has left us without a carpet fitter before Christmas basically!

This company is horrendous they have rude staff and let you down with no notice also they send unqualified carpet layers todo the job i wasnt in my neighbour let them in i gad the wrong lino !!! And my carpet i think they have skimmed on underlay as you can feel grippers stabbing you walking down stairs the lino comes up wen you hoover no sealent at all !! Ring customer services ha dont bother they are rude and are not really bothered about you ....complained by email and no reply !! Obviously !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEY ARE A BUNCH JF COWBOYS

I waited 3 months for delivery and fitting. They lied and said someone had been to my house for a fitting and i told them someone had been in the house all day and there us cctv covering the whole property. Afterwards they gave me another date which they lied and tried to claim i had ordered for just delivery not fiiting. They expected me to pay even more money for separate delivery and fitting. Taking more time off work. These people are scammers!!! I only home i can get my money back.

I booked to have my flooring laid a month in Advance. It was meant to be done on Monday this week. My fitter message me on the Friday the week before to confirm the fitting. I asked him what time he would be coming and he replied he would confirm. With no confirmation I messaged him on the monday morning to asked again what time he would come. He didn't replied so I called the office asking if the knew what he was coming to be told they are self employed they don't have a schedule for him. So I just waited. At 2.51 I received a message saying can he come on Wednesday... Not only had I booked this in advance I also took the day off unpaid so I was here for him to attend. Now being told I will not get my deposit back and I have to wait 30 days for a refund.. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABABLE AS IT WAS HIM THE CANCELLED ME BY NOT COMING ON THE DAY SCHEDULE!!!

Was due a delivery today between 8-8 and I am still at home now waiting. Not good so what is going on.

I would give this company no stars but unfortunately you can't I said to Emma I felt pressured into giving her the 30 pounds and I suffer with mental health and the repsond I got back was ''probably becuase your off your nut mate'' AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE

Flooring company took £120 of my money made fitting after fitting date no show no refund and the customer service from office is a joke could not care less and respond to which ever email they can be bothered to and ignore the rest

Cowboy outfit wouldn't recomend to anyone even someone i didn't like. Didn't turn up first time second time arrived gone 4pm...left the vinyl in a terrible state then demanded payment for fitting it.
Apparently the customer must dispose of the leftover floor themselves and move any kitchen appliances themselves if you want the floor laid properly even though two men turned up to do the job had they asked would have moved appliances.
When you bring up any issues with the ladies at their office all you get very poor customer service...basically they dont give a f***.

Awful experience, they’ll let you down at the last mins, they won’t even let you know they cancelled or something. I had to call to find out appointment was cancelled even though they ask you to book two weeks before, someone called Daniel will text you with random email to your phone in an unprofessional way. The customer service don’t care if they lose their customer or not, they treat people like sh!t cos they think everything cannot afford full payment and had to come to them for instalment payment. Very awful experience!!!

Awful experience was let down x3 times with a no show from fitter! When cancelled I was told I could not have full refund due to terms and conditions which I was NOT given to read before paying! This was no fault of my own and gave them the opportunity to correct 3 times before requesting my money back.

The carpets are terrible quality. They wear really quickly.
Customer service is terrible and they are rude.
Never again!!

After reading the negative reviews, I was so hesitant about using the company HOWEVER!!!!! I took the plunge and I am genuinely so overwhelmingly happy with the results of my flooring! Everyone was professional, quick installation and a beautiful finish. I love my home now :) I can't thank everyone enough! From the initial consultation to the installation - thank you so so much!

No good, I had an appointment booked and was told an hour before they couldn't make it even though it was booked it two weeks previous

Awful company wish I read the reviews first. Avoid these fraudsters at all cost.
