Very well run software which simplifies payroll.

We have been using PayFit for over 3 years now and it has scaled as our business has grown from 50 to over 200 employees in the UK. They are proactive at adding new features and integrations to keep the product best in class and if there are issues I have always found them to be resolvable fairly quickly. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend.

Have been working with PayFit for 18 months now and have always found them able to deliver on what we need. Have recently had more proactive communication from them on how they can provide an even better service, and how we can utilise their system better to ensure we are making the most of it. Really appreciate the extra effort

Impossible to reach the support team! I’ve written several times, and they’ve just closed my ticket without resolving it. Still need help signing in to see my payslips to this day.

The onboarding and the configuration of our account on payfit was great and easygoing.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away from this awful company. They attract naive entrepreneurs with clever marketing and a pretty user interface.

But afterwards, don't expect any help if you have issues or questions. It's been 2 months that I have been waiting for a basic answer to a legal declaration.

It's literally blocking all of my company's tax & finance operations.

They don't care, don't provide any visibility, no accountability. Stay away.

We started off with Payfit back in November using them as a dummy run against our manual payroll for two months. The onboarding process does take a bit of time (about two weeks) because you need to make sure the data is inputted correctly and then do a rec against the numbers and make sure all your company settings and leave policies are 100% right, however after two months of this, we then felt confident to do our first live run and it went very smoothly. Throughout the onboarding process, we have a weekly call with Chloe our AM and this helped us alot with anything that we were unsure about. I am very impressed with the software so far and it is easy to use and run payroll. With Payfit you can easily review, amend and add data and clearly see a payslip overview, which helps you spot any errors before running payroll. I would certainly recommend trying Payfit and seeing what you think.

Very good overall experience, customer service was great and the product is competitively priced. Sales rep and onboarding team were very helpful and responsive. No need to go anywhere else.

The ONLY thing payfit is good at doing is producing a decent payslip. The expenses function has caused us more pain and expense to fix the horrible UI and the silly categories of expenses. We really wish we didn't listen to our accountant, who clearly was earning a commission payment for pushing us to use Payfit. We're a company of 80 employees and will never recommend Payfit.

Would highly recommend the user friendly interface and process improvements they are always bringing to fruition to further improve the HR onboarding and payroll process for all.

PayFit has been great to work with. They have an easy to use platform and fast responses from support. They also have a lot of well-written support articles to help solve problems faster.
