Summary: I feel like being a beta tester.
The good:
- payments and virtual card work as expected
The bad:
- UI changes very often
- UI is very inconsistent and does not give any idea of where your expense is, what is the next step in the process, and why this happens
- Mobile and Web show different information at times
- Process is very hard to follow, for example, if expenses are returned to you to edit/update, it is very counterintuitive to a) find them and b)understand what needs to be changed.
To sum it up: very inconsistent and shaky user experience. 3 stars because payments work.

We have had some issues uploading receipts on the web version so had to switch to app. The app is very user friendly, straightforward and instant - you can get funds top up right away if you needed that which is brilliant.
