We have been working with Payhawk for a long time now and I can say that their product and service has been a great help to our company. Not only the ability to manage expenses and budget, but also dealing with significant number of subscribed services that we use - most of the companies do not accept prepaid debit cards and Payhawk's card is a real help here. It is not prepaid, has great limit per transaction and it is easy to use.
Also, we have been very happy with the support on behalf of Payhawk with various cases that we had and the ability of the company to provide us customized solutions, as well as timely support and assistance.

There are a number of companies offering expense management technology. For us, Payhawk sets itself apart in 2 ways:
1. For bank payments, generating the expense and making the actual cash payment is integrated- it’s all within Payhawk so no need to send separate payment instructions to the bank.
2. The level of service provided by the Payhawk team is phenomenal- they are a model company for customer satisfaction, they really listen. It’s a great way to work with their customers and this customer relationship approach is what sets them apart from other providers.

I found it somewhat difficult to figure out how to use it at first. Some of the instructions are not clear. I've just received my physical card, but don't know what I need to do now. Do I have to call someplace to activate it? Do I need to change the number on the virtual card to match the physical card? Do I need to add the physical card number to the google pay account?
Additional instructions would be nice and very helpful.

Sure, the account setup needs some time as Payhawk need to do tons of background checks due to EU rules but they did it faster then any other creditcard company I've worked with.
The dashboard is just great and easy to use. You wonder why regular banks make managing creditcard expenses that hard if you get used to Payhawk.
