I have been buying my airfare tickets…
I have been buying my airfare tickets from paylater since 2023. The customer service are excellent, staff are always helpful and always ready to help with my queries. The prices are capped you may find it slightly higher than other companies but they offer payment plan. Most companies don't, select companies offer only four payment but paylater offer longer than that. As long as you meet your regular repayments you are good. They also able to assist you if you need extensions to pay. I have not utilised extensions but If i do it is there. Its for ease of mind knowing your flight is booked and pay as per your budget. This is my 2nd booking with Paylater Travel. What I like about this platform is the ease of use and a quick assistance via chat. The fares are quite pricey but its on installment basis, so can't complain about that. There were a few times when I had questions and requests about the booking. Today, I was assisted by Tonet on my account, she helped me fix it in minutes, thank you.

Second time was a charm
I had made our flight reservation on a whim. We made travel plans and being able to space out payments was a great option.
I had tried reaching out via live chat and didn't hear back right away. The second time I came back I got connected to Nica within minutes. I wanted to make some very last minute adjustments and she was great to deal with! She helped me so quickly and made sure all of the changes I needed made were done and she confirmed all details with me and made sure she had an understanding of everything I needed. We will definitely use Paylater Travel again when we have travel plans.

I am not too happy that I booked a Business First Class flights and my a leg to Miami was switched to Economy. That is not at all what I had. I was spoke with Mhena and told her what happened and she refused to switch it back to what it is supposed to be. She said it would be $275 extra.

We're sorry to hear about the mix-up with your Business First Class booking, and we understand the frustration of expecting one cabin class and finding yourself in another for the Miami leg. This is a valid concern and deserves a proper look.
For context, bookings are processed based on the flight details, fare type, and itinerary selected and confirmed at the time of purchase. Seat class availability at the time of booking depends entirely on what the airline has available for that specific period, and this is something PLT does not control. If the class booked and confirmed differs from what was ultimately ticketed, that's a discrepancy we need to look into and understand properly.
We also want to be transparent that any ticket changes or upgrades after booking are subject to airline availability and applicable charges, which is why a cost was quoted for the change. That said, if this stemmed from a processing error on our end rather than a change you requested, that's a separate matter and one we're committed to resolving fairly.
We'd like to review your case in detail, including the conversation with Mhena, to determine exactly what happened. Someone from our team will be reaching out to look into this further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
