Positive Experience with the Payments Team
Although I haven't travelled yet or completed my payment plan, I wanted to acknowledge the helpful support I've received recently. Been a customer for 4+ years
Firstly I have been a customer for 4+ years and have booked multiple trip using PLT my latest booking i had missed a payment and they helped me catch up on that payment which finalised the eticket and the ticket was emailed to me within minutes from email being received. Highly and proudly recommended PLT.
