I lost my job do to a company change…
I lost my job do to a company change over .. I emailed them the next day and sent in all the proof to cancel my flights for November .. Since that day it’s been back and forth emails. Then called delta cause they were trying to blame delta.. Delta said Pay later handle all refunds.. Was never late on a payment and I think a sudden loss of a job is a good reason for a refund..

To clarify how PayLater Travel works: we pay for your flight in full at the time of booking, in real time, in order to lock in the fare rate for you. Your ticket is then issued and sent to you once your payment plan is fully completed. This is standard practice for how our payment plans operate, and it's a step we take upfront on every booking.
