It was great to work with Payless Promotions to create company merchandise! Emma and Courtney were very helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had. The design team created a mockup to show us before continuing with production was was greatly appreciated. The final quality of the items and embroidery is very good. Great service and very acommodating
Ordered a couple of the FL01 sweaters but missed to indicate it was needed for a specific event. I had to make an urgent request but they made it happen. Sweaters arrived perfectly earlier than anticipated, with great quality.

Custom branded umbrellas with metallic print
We ordered some custom branded umbrellas - we wanted a rose gold metallic print which wasn't obviously available online however the team got back to me within 24 hours to confirm that it was possible including a colour confirmation. In less than 2 weeks our umbrellas arrived - great quality, branding looks super professional - just what we were after. Great experience from start to finish.
