What a horrible and incompetent company
What a horrible company! You can't make a payment since MitID is down, the enrolment to use 3DS via SMS doesn't work and worst of all when calling customer service the employee after a few seconds and mid-sentence just hung up on me. So here I am, not being able to pay, with nobody at Nets to fix my issue. Not cool.
The worst of all is that there is not even an internet page where their system status is honestly documented: their status page says that all is working again when it doesn't.

My card was denied and I got immediately help from NETS. My card worked after 10 minutes! NETS is so helpful and I will give my recommendations to them.
mydispute.nets.eu - disappointing customer service
mydispute.nets.eu is in principle an effective platform. However, disappointing that despite several attemtps the platform does not accept MitID, and therefore one needs to restort to the old modality of NemID.
As a user you are encouraged to chat with customer service. However, this is not customer service but a chat bot.
When subsequently trying to reach customer service by phone you are guided through many choices only to be told eventually that you are calling outside ofice hours - but you are not informed what office hours actually are

Nets send me a text asking me to call right away because there had been unusual activity on my Mastercard. When talking to nets I understood that I had not done anything wrong, my card had been used on a homepage which had been hacked. Nets terminated my card right away before any withdrawals had taken place.

Nets recognized a use of my credit card that varied from my usual usage. They close the card. After a short, but professional conversation and a verification of identity, the card was opened after 15 minutes.

Does not work for me
Does not work for me when using the Danish Government Foreign Ministry webshop. I tried different days, diffrent payment cards, and it consistently gives an error saying the website have moved or may be down. Extremely annoying.

cant access my investments, cant access my bank accounts, cant even put money on my credit card to buy groceries and feed my family because nets/nemid is down for the second day. Its unfortunate to have a single centralised governmental solution, when it fails it effects everyone and no one has any alternatives.

After 8 year, cancel contract with immediat effect
After 8 year they processed our credit card online, we received a letter to cancel the contract with immediat effect. The letter begins with "As we agreed", but nobody contacted us, no time to find an other provider. We got knocked out until we find a new provider. This is acting like we did something wrong, but we didn't... We will sue them for the loss of business we will go through.
My Advice, run away! This is a scam company (9.6.2022)
