Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, even if you try to avoid this company by all means, it will buy the smaller ones and make a total misery of anything it has a connection to. They will do anything to fool you, raise prices with a letter that is supposedly for something else, however, the small print, always read it. Or add in monthly fees by surprise. The so called customer service is absolutely terrible and no other business has ever never been this horrible. At the moment, our own, bought terminal that uses Poplapay technology will become useless by end of this year, because of this monopoly called nets. Another case was, when they bought Teller, and the staff there did not have any clue at all about that. This company does anything to avoid competition and competitors.

1.the system seems to invalidate the telephone / card number / password combination maybe every 6 months or so. The system then refuses payment as the absolutely last step in a complex transaction involving codewords sent by SMS and by email (different sones).
2. when I go on to your system to update the information you have invalidated, the necessary button is immediately obscured by a 'Help' box that I cannot move out of the way.
3. As it is the BANK that is going to transfer the funds and as the BANK insists I log onto netback with MitID why on earth do they NOT accept simple MITid to make some payments.
my view is your system tis REALLY REALLY badly designed
4 when you ask for a password, your system doesn't even say whether it is the Nets password, or the MITid password or the NemID password that you want.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Trying to setup a contract for 1.5 half months, I had to submit some additional documents and it takes them ages to review them, I get empty answers to my requests to move forward with the issue. I am truly desperate. The whole experience is a big disaster. Nets, start communicating with me faster than once a week and I will change this review

Jeg har stadig ikke ku handle online i flere pr nu pga tvungen mitid og NETS 'security' bulls***. MITID is not in any way secure and my data are MY date, not urs, not my banks not the hacker's. Im forced to pay ppl to shop for me online now, i can no longer use other online services in my passtime and my life is dead because of ur Naz* rules. Fur Ihre Sicherheit. I refuse to be a part of ur new NWO system, ppl need to wake up about this, ur health and privacy is no longer ur health and privacy once u convert to MITID which enforces NETS for anything online. This is all delieberate. This stuff happened in the 1930s, dont forget that! They say u can still buy food and shop, just get this or that. Same as saying u dont have to take the clotshot and the boosters, u jsut cant shop go to school or work if u dont. By forcing us to use a smartphone and convert to MITID (EU wide versions whichever country u are in) u kill us and call us scum.
