Great experience so far.

Great result

Great result, but you need to have all the documents in place for aml and reach out to support before making large transactions. Thats the world we live in. Best service considering these details.

We submitted an application form for a…

We submitted an application form for a business account opening on the 30th of July 2021.
The support team was going backward and forward regarding additional verification questions. We think it is amazing as it proves Nexpay don`t just onboards everyone, but instead conducts a vigilant onboarding. Details create success as they say.
We were answering every single question of the support. We provided numerous screenshots, official paperworks, links, documentation, explanations, proofs, even requested our suppliers and partners to provide certain details that otherwise they would never have to provide to us.
On the 15th of September 2021 we received the last email from the Nexpay team requesting further info. We replied the same day and provided additional docs. Since then just disappeared.
We repeatedly sent follow up emails asking if there is any further info that is needed or if there is something we can help with to speed up the process. All those emails have gone unnoticed.
Verification has never been a quick process, we understand it. However, clients should not feel as if there were forgotten. At least there should be some updates, even that trivial phrase "Please bear with us, we`re on it" should suffice.
It makes us, as a business entity, feel very uncomfortable. We knocked at the door of Nexpay for business services and support. We exposed every single aspect of our business, every linked account, our "know-how" and confidential info. Once all that had been received, the support vanished. A bit suspicious. How much more hope should we have?

Longest IBAN account generation period (and still waiting)

Long, long, long issuing time for a IBAN account. I would like to try this service as it looks promising, but I've waiting for 6 weeks for the IBAN setup.

Costumer services doesn't give you many details, just "wait".

EDIT: soon after this post, the good people at Nexpay checked the case and did the proper steps to get the account verified quickly. Thanks.

Great overall

We partnered with NexPay in 2019 and have been using their services extensively ever since. They are a crypto-friendly bank with a team of great professionals who care about their customers.

Incoming and outgoing transfers are processed swiftly, support enquiries are also generally resolved within a couple of days. NexPay is also fair with their compliance requests and deadlines, making sure not to disrupt the business operations too much.

There are a few minor UX improvements that can make for a better experience but overall NexPay offers a great affordable banking solution.

Stable long-term partner

We've been a corporate client of Nexpay since Dec 2019, and have not ever encountered any major issues with the service.
The payments flow has been fast and efficient.
Nexpay is a payments partner whose compliance and AML practices are reasonable, as opposed to unnecessary overcompliance which is typical for the Baltics market.
I am not giving a 5 stars as some UI/UX improvements are in the pipeline, but not yet implemented. I'll be happy to upgrade to 5 stars once those improvements are done.
