Worst company, should be closed. Pay the worst commissions, charge the highest fees in any possible way. Paypoint is a nightmare for retailers.

Was ripped off

Was ripped off. I requested £60 from the machine. Only £20 came out. I've complained but they are denying any wrongdoing. Avoid this company at all costs. Theft going to take them to the courts

Awful company!

My dad had Paypoint Terminal in his shop since Paypoint came onto the scene. They were dishonest in what they did. Customer Service were also very rude to you to you when they knew they were wrong.

I remember once there was £40 o2 voucher done and the customer said he had asked for wrong voucher. So contacting paypoint they said send in the voucher receipt with a letter and we will credit you, a note has been put on the system (this how it was done in the early days). After not hearing from them for a while they were contacted only to be told they had no record of this on there system at all. In the end they asked for phones records etc...to prove we had phoned them.

They used to deliver boxes of receipt rolls to the wrong shop and then try and charge us for more.

Then came the new terminal few years back which they charge you for.

Someone also mentioned in the comments that they tried to pay a water bill on debit card and the shop refused saying cash only. 1st you need to educate yourself.
Shops get charged a fee when you pay on your card. If they get charged 30p fee for a card payment but only get paid 20p from Paypoint for commission of allowing you to pay your bill why in the hell would a shop take loss like this. Shops provide services to get paid not make a loss. Ediot!

Don't get Paypoint services!

Completely awful customer service. Had an agent at the beginning who was asking for a personal guarantee when the contract was taken on. It turned out that the person had a gambling problem, and was using the name of Paypoint to dupe customers. The agents are not actually given proper training outlining the conditions and terms of the contract. When you try and and resolve a matter it seems they cannot actually read emails properly. I wouldn't advise any retail store in the country to get the terminal as this will just cause hassle for you and the business.

Sadia explained everything in detail and as a result I was convinced that paypoint is a right choice for my business

Do not at any cost join PayPoint

Do not at any cost join PayPoint. You don't make a penny it doesn't bring in custom and they will con you at every turn.
Charges on charges they'll hold on to your deposit for the full term of the contract no matter what any rep says.
