The responsiveness of the PayPro Global Customer Care Team blew me away. I needed their help, and I got a response within 5 minutes of filling in the help form. I'd never seen anything like it.
Not to mention the effectiveness of the software for which I paid an annual licence. Duplicate photos and files Fixer. They work very well and are easy to learn.
I accidentally bought a second subscription and it was noticed immediately. I was contacted re this transaction. Excellent pick up Shows they are customer focused
This company is a scam. After charging my card for the full payment, they then email me asking for a picture of my passport to be sent via a reply to their email. They don't read the responses and just copy and paste the same email back. There is no secure portal for documents, nothing, its straight just on email which is against the GDPR guidelines they claim to follow in their privacy policy which they repeatedly send every email. Bare in mind this whole situation is over a 118$ membership renewal for a website builder (Nicepage)
After alot of back and forth I send them my passport over email - to my surprise they reply back with a new demand - they now need a selfie of me holding my ID next to my face, again sent via a email reply.
This is the verification you would see requested when opening a bank account. Not making a 118$ membership renewal for a basic website builder. On top on that I made this payment via Paypal which itself is a industry leader in secure payments.
Stay well away from this company - with a selfie/ID anyone would be able to open up bank accounts in your name aswell as many other things. These types of docs/images are always to communicated via secure portals not by email. They are directly breaching GDPR guidelines and leveraging your own money against you to get what they want.

Avoid at all cost!!! They charged my card for the software that i bought. I gave them all the details. At first they ask for my number i gave it to them, then i receive a missed call from their number. And then they will email you that they cannot contact you when they just ring your phone and drop the call. I sent them my phone number multiple times and every time i send, they just ring and drop the call, and then eventually they asked for my address and bank details, which i updated my profile so they should have it. all the delaying tactics of a con company. I doubt they even have the software i am buying. I don't even know if they are going to refund me my money back. Very bad experience. Avoid this company!!!!

I have provide them billing address and debit card. They have told me this provide your real name under id. This is pissing me I have really lost my money. Cuz these fraudulent company is taking money. Providing every information for purchasing anti captcha and 2captcha. They told me to wait 5-10 working days to getting back to my debit card. I have been using my payment via debit card to processing payment and they said payment declined. Didn't know they need id card name. Billing address to id card name. They haven't provide under debit card id name information label

Outstanding customer service. I had an issue, and you corrected it immediately.
They pretend to ensure you are refunded when a business using their payment gateway treats their customers unfairly, but actually they don't do a thing to refund or fix the situation. Scummy payment processor that I will go out of my way to never use again.
Update: Order #30914714. I already wrote you about this but didn't hear a thing. I also warned you that I would write this review. I already explained why I asked for a refund after a week of not hearing from Rank Tracker. That little pos Felix Rose-Collins not only refused to refund, but also deleted my account, which is the same as stealing. This review goes away if I get my refund, and otherwise stays up.

I have asked for a refund from Paypro Global which was what PayPal says in order request a refund as soon as I received a notice that I was told I owe something. I wrote to you, the proper email to ask for immediate refund from a Prime Fasting 1-month plan who I cc’d as well, received a case number #30714216 from them and NOTHING has happened over 3 weeks except saying the same thing Refund Pending. But no refund yet!

Their services were forced upon me while trying to buy a license key for software. After I paid and received a fraudulent license key from the company they supported, I reached out explaining my situation. The company has yet to refund the money and is not cooperating.

There is a saying, "A man is known by the company he keeps". The same applies in the world of business. Therefore, why is PayPro Global sending me emails about the product Ranktracker?
For those who do not know, Ranktracker have scammed huge numbers of Lifetime Deal (LTD) customers by putting up a paywall (in my case $82 a year) to access the product they had already purchased. I suggest people check them out on TrustPilot, where you can read the backlash 1 star reviews for yourself.
A quick internet search reveals the extent of the scam e.g. read the article, 'RankTracker.com: How They Killed Their AppSumo Lifeftime Deal' or go directly to the AppSumo site and read their Senior Manager William Hodges' status update about the Ranktracker saga. Moreover, Ranktracker has been accused of faking 5 star reviews and TrustPilot has removed the company's TrustScore and placed a warning bar about the company.
LinkedIn lists Felix Rose-Collins as the CEO/CMO/Co-Founder at Ranktracker.
The entire LTD market is threatened by the actions of unethical businesses such as Ranktracker, therefore why would PayPro Global risk tarnishing their brand by associating with it?
My experience was made great by a timely response. Sure I know all responses will not be this quick but the point that trouble-ticket (email was sent) immediately for support of my issue.
Asked for more than a week ago to be reimbursed for a useless service I was charged second time and still didn't have my money back. There was only an e-mail telling me they will look into it and that's all.
