I use Paysera for my ecommerce and they're generally quite good

The pluses:
- easy to register and get going
- OK fees
- they offer a lot of options to receive payments (bank transfers, Revolut, apple Pay, Google Pay, card payments)
- very quick customer service

The minuses:
- my customers struggle to complete Revolut payments as the instructions provided by Paysera are not very detailed
- difficult to put in or take out cash, high fees

Overall they do MOST things well. Whenever I've had difficulties Customer Support has been super responsive and able to resolve my issues and I appreciate that.

The app is good, however, absurd conversion rates. They claim they are better than institutional banks, however their commission is worse.

This app and company's financial services are where a modern bank should be - in terms of pricing, app usability, and even investment options. If you want to manage your finances without the hassle of a conservative bank and have them safe and flexible enough at all times this is the way to do so.

They are very helful and fast responders. They are open to foreigners and thier app & browser version are customer friendly. Their customer service in Bulgaria are competent and inteligent.

Compared to other convenient banks, Paysera is way better, faster and in line with new technologies.
Online onboarding process makes it possible to become a client no matter where you are located and the mobile app is so easy to use, that I almost never use the desktop version.
Sometimes it is harder to get in touch with an operator via phone, hoverer they answer in a timely matter via e-mail.

I have been using Paysera for more than 3 years for my company's needs. Works exellent and helps save a lot of fees on my transaction. I am grateful.

You have no right to keep my money hostage. I have very ligitimate money. You have no right to ask me questions with suspicion and talk to me in anger while in customer support. Horible company. If this is posted public. People stay away from PAYSERA. Once you put your money in they will invent all kind of reasons to keep your own money there hostage not letting you get them out. Thugs and thieves.
