I have been using Paysera for more than 3 years for my company's needs. Works exellent and helps save a lot of fees on my transaction. I am grateful.
It was a great customer experience because of the quick and competent employees that helped me adjust my account limits.
I am satisfied as a customer.
Great customer service! The support team responded immediately to my request. The communication was very effective and helpful. They exceeded my expectations !
You have no right to keep my money hostage. I have very ligitimate money. You have no right to ask me questions with suspicion and talk to me in anger while in customer support. Horible company. If this is posted public. People stay away from PAYSERA. Once you put your money in they will invent all kind of reasons to keep your own money there hostage not letting you get them out. Thugs and thieves.

Our company is one of the first clients of Paysera in Bulgaria. We are extremely satisfied of their services. User friendly app and very fast transfers.
Professional, fast, not expensive
It's a pleasure to work with
Thank you
Fast and efficient banking service, which makes doing business easier. Would highly recommend.
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Paysera as both a personal and business client. Initially, I completed the KYC process on a personal level without issue, followed by the KYC process for my business account. After a few days of seemingly normal usage, my account was suddenly deactivated without any right to appeal. The only explanation provided was a vague reference to their Terms of Service, without any specific details or further elaboration.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them via calls and emails, I received no clear answers or resolution. My account remained deactivated, leaving me unable to access my funds or continue any transactions. To make matters worse, their business manager failed to respond, adding to the frustration and lack of professionalism.
The most alarming incident occurred when they mistakenly sent me documents belonging to another company. This included sensitive information such as the company's bank details. Such a breach of confidentiality raises serious concerns about Paysera’s internal processes and data security practices.
Overall, my experience with Paysera was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and apparent mishandling of sensitive information make them an unreliable and untrustworthy partner for personal or business financial needs. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering using their services.
For over a month, my account with a balance of €1355.93 has been restricted under Clause 12.6, and I cannot withdraw my money. They initially informed me that the review would take one month, but they also stated that, under this clause, they could extend the restriction indefinitely. Isn't this an abuse of my account? Why should my account remain restricted for an unlimited period?
Please close my account and return my funds if I have committed any violation. If I have not violated any rules, there is no justification for keeping my account restricted for this long. Is this fair? Is this how you repay our trust in your application? I have never faced such an issue with any other app. I do not recommend it.
I am using Paysera for more than 2 years. I am happy with the services- they always respond fast when I have questions, the taxes are small and I am paying them only when I am making transactions.
Easy to use , fast, not expensive :) good for my small business
I am using Paysera for more then 4 years as personal an business bank account and I am really happy with it. It is very easy to use both the mobile app and the web portal for all sorts of transactions, the customer support is always fast responding whenever is needed (which I had only two cases for that much time). The taxes are almost non. I was previously paying 150 EUR per year to a Bulgarian bank for business account, and with Paysera I hardly pay more then 25-30 EUR per year depending on my transaction. I really like that there is not monthly fee for my account and I only pay what I use.
I've been using Paysera for over a year now. Everything happens online, no need for additional trips to offices, customer support via email.
I am using it from time to time. Not a fancy interface but it works reliably.
Very nice payment services via a good app. Highly recommend it!
The company is very respectful and they work in time!
Instant payments and competitive exchange rates
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Paysera regarding the closure of my account and the allegations of submitting a forged document. As a UK citizen, I registered a bank account with Paysera and went through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. On 28th November 2023, my KYC status was approved, indicating that my account was verified and in compliance with the necessary identification procedures.
However, on 30th November 2023, I received an email from Paysera stating that my account has been closed in accordance with clause GPSA 12.2.3 of the General Payment Services Agreement. According to the email, my account closure is final and cannot be changed. I am deeply concerned and confused by this decision, as I have diligently provided all the required documents multiple times and even received a transfer of €50 EUR to activate my account.
I kindly request more detailed information regarding the rejection of my KYC. Paysera's response mentioned that there were no funds in the account and suggested contacting the sender regarding the transfer. However, after providing transfer proof, they changed to claim that the payment has been used as payment for a penalty of 100 EUR . Furthermore, I have attached my passport and address proof, which I have uploaded multiple times, as evidence of my compliance with the identification procedures. I fail to understand why my documents were repeatedly rejected.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with this response. Firstly, I strongly deny any involvement in submitting a forged document. I have provided all the necessary identification documents, including my passport and address proof, multiple times, and I maintain that they are genuine and in compliance with the requirements. I request Paysera to provide concrete evidence to support their claim of a forged document.
Secondly, deducting funds from my account as a penalty without proper justification or due process is highly unfair and unjust. I have not been given an opportunity to defend myself or present my case in regards to the alleged offense. I firmly believe that I have not committed any wrongdoing that would warrant such a severe penalty.
Paysera's accusation of submitting a forged document is alarming and requires immediate clarification. I request specific details regarding the allegedly forged residence permit and ask for proof of this claim. As a law-abiding individual, I am shocked by these allegations and vehemently deny any involvement in submitting fraudulent documents.
