Problem paying in 3 different…
Problem paying in 3 different occasions, using cards that usually work fine for international transactions.
Very bad experience. Error messages give no information, just "Transaction not complete", and the attempted transaction does not show for any of the banks I tried.
After reaching to customer support they helped me saying the my cards didn't support 3D Secure. It would be better to have this message on the first error message. It would save everyone's time. After that I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. To get to 5 stars they could update the error message and also put a link to talk directly to support after error.

Customer service is really great.
The onboard service is very detailed about requirements which may take sometime to finish but this is great because it assures you that the company cares and 100% legitimate about their customers.
