My current supplier was charging me…
My current supplier was charging me high rates and authorisation fees. My payments were not reaching my account for three days and the terminal was constantly faulty and old.
Paytap have found the solution to all my problems and I now have the lowest capped rates with low Auth fee with next day settlement and the latest portable Android terminal and a dedicated account manager. Great work Paytap 👍

We are a mobile phone sales and repair business and decided to start accepting card payments for the first time
We had quotations from 7 companies but and decided to join Paytap. We chose Paytap for a number of reasons:
- Very honest and transparent company - Clearly highlighting all charges with full breakdown of terminal rental card charges auth fee etc
- Very professional and knowledgeable account manager
- Very low rates and the latest portable terminal device which is ideal for our setup
Great service and we are very pleased with our portable terminal which arrived within three days of signing

Fantastic all round experience
We have two busy stores in Dundee and decided to join Paytap for both.
