My account manager majid is very friendly professional young man. He first approached us a few months back offering us a really good saving on my pdq rates. After looking into further i realised paytap offer is valid and a number of businesses near me already use them. So far its been great. I can see the difference in savings after the first bill. Wish there was 10 star available for…
Wish there was 10 star available for these guys. My previous provider couldn’t replace their pdq that wasn’t working for over a month. Paytap gave me a terminal in 3 days. The rep came in and showed me how to use it. Helped me to complete my pci compliance. Visits me often just to see all is ok. I’m confident they are always a call away. Would recommend paytap anytime.

We are a catering association with 12000 restaurants within our group. We have selected Paytap as our exclusive partner for merchant services. We have found that paytap offers the best deals. Amazing on support and service. Always on hand Tom answer queries and most importantly there has never been any issues with our terminals in the last 2 years our businesses have switched over to paytap. Highly recommend these guys.

Overall its been a pleasure dealing with Paytap. Special mention for Jahed. A very dedicated support person. Always available on the phone to answer my many questions. I must say for both my restaurants i am saving significant amount of money on the rates. Great service. Great support. Will not hesitate to recommend.

If your in two minds then read on...
After a long time iv met a genuine company with a very honest Sales Rep. The gentleman explained everything so no hidden surprises later on. Worked out the best deal for me. Was pleasantly thrilled to receive the machine within 4 days. Got an after call from the Rep who showed me how to work the machine which was nice of him. Told me to call him anytime if there was a problem.i would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good service. And no dodgy sales pitch. Unlike some of these high street banks they offer the world yet you get nothing but lies. High rates and huge Bill's. With lots of hidden charges. My experience with this company was one of the best i have had in a long time. I definitely recommend people use this company. Dont usually write reviews but after meeting the Sales Rep and the service I got I felt I had to tell others. A hidden gem among the corporate world.

Great customer service, highly recommended!
Over the years I have used many different terminal companies, but none have done a better job than Paytap. The difference with them and the rest is the fact they go above and beyond for their customers with a personal touch and do not shy away from helping with any issues. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second business with Paytap. Was with Barclays no issue with service however Paytap managed to save me over £250 per month. On top my account manager is always a call away. Great bunch of ppl at Paytap. Anytime I called even for a small query they were always at hand. Always eager to help.
