Very good support and service. Paytap went above and beyond to cater for my needs. I was in a complicated contract with worldpay who were failing to provide a good service and were ripping me off. Thought no one could help me then I met my paytap rep via a a friend. She was very good, polite and patient with me. Paytap helped me reduce my monthly pdq costs by more than 50%, My rep is always on hand and occasionally visits to make sure we are ok. Very good rep and very good company already have recommended several business to paytap and will continue to do so.

From start to finish Paytap have been very informative, very clear. I switched over to Paytap after I discovered I was paying too much with my regular provider. Paytap has been excellent. Not only did they save me extra money their service is impeccable. The PDQ terminal was delivered and installed within five days and the aftercare service has been brilliant. I highly recommend Paytap.
