I’ve been using paytap for over 2 years. I was with a competitor prior to changing who were charging me so many different fees that I did not understand. After having a meeting with my paytap account manager she ran a cost analysis, shown me all the hidden fees I was paying and shown me how much I can save by moving to paytap. I decided to go ahead, I save over £300 per month, I dont pay any hidden fees and everything seems in order. I will not be moving anywhere else.

Changed to Paytap in June 2017 after getting quotes from several companies. Paytap offered the best price as well as an account manager which I think is very important. To date, they have kept their rates fixed as was promised. The terminal is very user friendly and have not had any technical issues what so ever. I have changed my pdq's after 12 years. Was directly with a bank until I realised how much I was being overcharged. Paytap came in, shown me the savings but also gave me some very helpful advice. The process was very simple and only took 2 days for the changeover. I did not have any downtime. well worth the change.

Excellent all round, received my terminal within 5 days and was set up straight away by the account manager who also helped me to complete my PCI and set up my online portal.
