Poor customer service as cannot help my problem
Poor customer service as cannot help my problem. As there is a fraud while my friend had competed the Zilch account opening setup with my referral link. There is no reward to both of accounts. I had already sent out my referral link and my friend’s name as proof. The customer service only blame me not using the referral system properly with no other suggestions or further review on Zilch IT issue.

SCAM.
They try to charge you £5 to get a card delivered to your home. They charge you £4 everytime you buy something. They charge your direct debt 25%. It’s not a credit card. It’s a scam. Avoid like the plague. Absolute wan**rs

Good product but could be an excellent one
Good that you can stack the 0.5% cashback on top of any benefits you can get from your debit. Would probably stop using them if they moved to a wallet model where you needed to top up.
Apart from that, a few things that need improving.
The whole online/in-store model for rewards doesn’t work and is over complicated. Too many times I make an in-store purchase and get a notification that I could have got 2%. You then check the in-store list and the retailer isn’t there.
I’m not in need of the credit builder aspect of the product but even if I was the fees are too high for me to switch away from Klarna. I think asking customers to pay £3 a month to access £100 a week early incentivises people to use credit so they can get value from their membership fee. This seems against consumer duty to me.
Finally the customer support wasn’t great when I needed it. There should be an easily accessible FAQ that lists which MCC’s aren’t supported.
As also mentioned the credit limits initially offered are borderline insulting and don’t appear to change considering Zilch has been my main spending card for a 4-5 months.
