⚠️ Warning to purchae Pazzion product (Store & Online)

I bought a pair of shoes from Pazzion Wisma Atria on 1 June 2025, after seeing them online at 50% off.
At the store, no one told me the price was different — I only found out later that I was charged full price. When I contacted them, they refused to refund the price difference and only offered to take the item back.

After I asked them to check the online price, they quietly changed it to match the full price I paid — and claimed that was the "correct" price all along.
Worse, during a call with customer service, the lady on the hotline (DID: 6876 9114) was laughing, showing zero professionalism or accountability. No apology. No responsibility. Just disrespect.

I’ve filed a complaint with CASE and will be escalating to the Small Claims Tribunal.
Please be careful and double-check before buying — this company clearly does not value honesty or customer service.

*Scam* Back in Oct24

*Scam* Back in Oct24, I bought a pair of working flats from Pazzion because my previous working shoe already wore and tore. It was NOT from Pazzion but from other brand. That only costed me $30-$40. Me walking into Pazzion expected a more higher quality flats due to its price range. The pair I got from Pazzion was $89.90. This was an exceptionally pricey pay of shoe. However, thinking of the investment of a “high quality” shoe, I bought it.

2 months in, I noticed a hole on the side of my shoe. I do understand that i have slightly wider feet, but I did not expect the abrasion will caused a while from walking. I do not have any problem with other flats before. Except for this one.

I wrote an email in, to asked for repair but the customer service personnel said it was beyond repair and there was nothing they can do. I was taken aback. Is this how a renown brand like Pazzion whom emphasises on their quality of their shoes and excellent customer experience treat customer when they face problems with their shoe? No compensation was given as well.

A shoe that caused $89.90 that only lasted a mere 2 months. This means one month would cost $50. Spending $50 a month on Pazzion shoes will not be ideal for any woman who wants a good and lasting shoe.

I believe this should be made know publicly and if anyone who wants to buy the shoe just because of its brand, think again.

Look at how smart they are, reviews are not collectively collected but are split by outlets. There aren’t many platforms to give reviews on their quality online too. This goes to show how shady these brands are when it comes to reviews. So here I am, making an effort to post on every single outlets review portion.

Please see below for the receipt and image of the shoes. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed.

Poor Quality of Shoes

Bought a pair of ballerina flat from them in 24th September 2024, wore the pairs for few times discover the front soles is opening up. Need to send back for repaired which it took 2 weeks to get it back. Amazingly the same problem happen again!! The pairs of Ballerina flat cost $79.00 and quality of it is super bad!!! Yet the customer service still can say they are giving me a FREE repairs service for this!!! which really unacceptable!!! - 12th Nov 2024

Always Sold out!

I have been a loyal Pazzion member for more than 10 years. Never have any complaints on customer service or delivery. All was good until recently, whichever item i have selected is always sold out, especially size 38. It really turns me off and many times i turned to Lucca Vudor to get a replacement pair instead. Is Pazzion limiting it's production now?

Bought a pair of sandals defective sandals

Bought a pair of sandals about 2 months ago and within a month, one side of the sandals started to make tapping noise when I walked. When I went back to the shop in Wisma, they said they couldn’t do anything to help. Just my luck to get a pair of defective sandals.

Worst customer service ever

I couldn't agree more with some of the bad reviews. I have had multiple surgeries on my feet and have trouble with shoes. I thought it was great that I could buy online and return to the store (I actually sent my husband to do that ;-).

Since I had purchased pair of flyknit shoes and wear them a lot, when I saw a similar style in the same fabric, I purchased the in 39. The 39 didn't fit, s I tried 40 and ultimately had to get a 41. I still wear the others in 39, my normal size.

Apparently not only do the sizes differ, but the return policy. Pazzion took back the size 40 (and another pair I bought that didn't work) and has refused to take back the unworn size 39 in the box! I have been sending emails, even offered to exchange for the SAME shoe in a 41 - so I'll have two pairs - or other models and management has consistently refused.

I did not realise that 2 size were refundable but not the other or I would never have made the purchase.

This is the most abominable customer service of any retail outlet I've ever seen.

Pazzion shoes are…

Pazzion shoes are comfortable...BUTTTT...they really need to revamp their loyalty program. When Pazzion just started out few years back, their membership were so-called "free for lifetime" with a certain amount of purchase, not sure if it was a gimmick...and now, they have different tiers of membership which u have to purchase certain amount within 365 days to maintain your membership. If you look at $200/400 per year, that will be about ~4-8 pairs a year. Come on, who is able to purchase 4-8 pairs of shoes per year given that the quality of shoe can last about 2 years? Are you targeting a centipede or a millipede? Pazzion, you ought to look into their loyalty program to retain your loyal customers. With that, most likely customers will start looking for other brands are that more affordable.

TERRIBLE. NON-STANDARD SIZING

I always buy EU38 from brands and the shoes ALWAYS fit. If not size EU38, I choose the size closest to sole measurements.

I recently bought Maisie loafers from Pazzion and they turned out to be too large. This led me to realize their size chart is different (for every shoe style, FYI, and not just for Maisie!). I decide to exchange the same style for EU 34, which is the closest to my sole measurement. While the length turned out to be correct, the vamp and overall fit was too narrow, I can't even fit into them.

Their return policy asks customers to shoulder return fees, but their shoe size charts are NOT reliable—so how can customers properly buy and return shoes? Returns are not even free! Now I'm paying more for returns than for the actual item! They don't even accommodate returns for online purchases in their Philippine branches so customers can save on insane fees.

I've never blacklisted a brand but I'm sad to say Pazzion is gonna be it. I'd tell anyone who would listen to NOT buy their shoes online. Such a shame!! Better off getting shoes from brands like Charles and Keith.

Damaged Item Delivered to Customer

Made an online order on 3 May, and delivered on 6 May. When I open the box, one side of the shoes (Brianna Weaved Buckle leather flat) was already damaged. The stitching/glue at the back heel portion was peeling off. I wrote an email to the customer care and provided photos. The company replied that they investigated their CCTV footage and checked with the courier that the order was in good condition, hence it is not their fault, and they will not accept refund/return. They did not even allow me to bring the faulty pair of shoes to an outlet for physical inspection. This is very poor customer service, by blaming the customer and forcing the customer to bear the cost of a damaged good.

The quality of the shoe sucks as one…

The quality of the shoe sucks as one side of the shoe cut across my toes & bleed
Right after I bought I wear for less than an hr & told the staff whether I can change but they say cannot change or replaced. The staff shd hve at least do something to make cust happy but just stick to rule.

Shoes are stiff and uncomfortable

Shoes are stiff and uncomfortable. Poor quality. My feet hurts when I wear the shoes. The exchange policies are terrible. The return shipping fee is not included. The return shipping fee is cost more than value of my shoes. Don't shop onlihone.

I just visited the outlet at Wisma…

I just visited the outlet at Wisma Atria. I've not worn shoes from Pazzion before. As I wanted to support the sales which will donate part of the profit to Breast Cancer Foundation in junction with the Breast Cancer Awareness month, I wanted to get a pair of the Blush Edira Espadrilles. Unfortunately one side of my foot did not fit well with the pair and I have requested to do a swop of that side with another pair. I have only tried two pairs of the same siize but I was told I'm not allow to do so. It will be great if Pazzion could make this allowance for customers who are genuine to buy the shoes. I didnt get it as I feel there's no point to buy and let it sit at home.

Shoes were stiff and not comfortable

Both shoes that I bought were very stiff and though they are made with leather, when I wear them, it's not comfortable at all. Not sure if the designer try it themself when the items were manufactured.
