I filled the form in on the off chance they may be able to claim something for me from Aqua although the account was closed and settled a few years ago. Had nothing to lose and forgot all about it as expected no success. Couple of months later received £1600. Yes the fees are expensive if they are successful but bear in mind you’re starting with nothing and no expectations so any payout is something you wouldn’t have had.

Cant fault them, great service sorting my claim and top communication throughout. Highly recommend

I literally did nothing! I don’t even remember filling anything out initially but I do recall receiving many months ago and email to say they will investigate Vanquis. Months passed, I received a few emails and to be honest I did nothing with them. They constantly tried to contact me up to update me on the claim and I thought it was all Spam calls so I never even responded. 2 weeks ago I received an email to say Vanquis had accepted they were in the wrong and my claim was going through!
I was still none the wiser to anything, and despite the email from Vanquis saying they were going to pay back compensation and interest I never for one minute imagined what was coming my way.
Last week I received an email to say I would receive over £14,000 before TMS took their commission. In my head I knew they would take a big cut based on what I started to read so I would be happy with a couple grand, after all, I had done absoluely nothing!!! Last Friday I received an email from TMS to confirm my payout after their cut would be £9,876.

Yes , TMS took over £4K commission. BUT, I had just be awarded £9,876 which never in my wildest dreams was I expecting. I don’t know what they actually do, but whatever it is THANK YOU!!!!! I am now debt free at being able to pay off my long term debt all thanks to this payout. And all for doing pretty much nothing!! Less than a week after being told my payment I received the payment. I can’t thank TMS enough and sorry for ignoring all your calls and emails!

Found this company a pleasure to deal with, they dealt with my claim brilliantly and I didn't have to do anything, they kept me well informed throughout the process

They were great right from the beginning, even when i was told that there was a good chance i wouldn't get a refund because it was all my fault. I honestly can’t believe it, TMS have just paid £1848 into my bank account. Yes it’s taken a long time, yes their commission is high but I wouldn’t have known where to start on my own. Very grateful, the money came at a perfect time for me and my children.

They took on a claim with Vanquis they rejected the claim and didn’t think anymore of it.
Friday i get a text message they have over £7000 waiting to be paid into may bank and phone up to confirm and it was in my bank the following day
