Absolutely shocking I ordered nearly £2000 of building materials only to get half the amount off materials all delivered two weeks late and to the wrong address and to make matters worse they changed the agreed rate without my prior knowledge and billed me a month later without any action taken on there behalf to resolve the short fall in goods and replacements off faulty equipment I give them several dates to pick up the good and as we were going away to Ireland on a big contract and said I could not use them again in all conscience they did not pick them up and now trying to charge me over £4000 adding on daily cost I am now going forward with a court case to expose them please avoid it will cost u in time and money if you don’t

I placed an order with prestige building supplies to which it’s not the first time I’ve had multiple previous orders, only this time the order was delivered in two parts they delivered a part of the order to our new address and part to our old address I spent days chasing up the second part of the order and I also informed them that the order was significantly wrong in volume they said they would sort it and collect what had been delivered to which after they did not do this and ignored me I eventually found part of the order that was delivered to the old address the free tool element only to find it did not work and in awful condition the women at our old address said it was thrown outside I chased them up for months and asked them to pick the whole order up and replace the whole order only to be ignored it has sat in our warehouse for months and now they have tried sneakily to put a CCJ on over the Christmas period using one of Ther dept collection company’s while we were closed for the Xmas and no one there to correspond please avoid this company

Absolutely amazing company, delivered as promised very swiftly and also they given us items ( Makita ) tools for free. Customer service 10/10.

delivery was left outside as requested i knew it was going to rain so left a tarpaulin to cover order but driver just did not bother
